When u found brookvalley apts, I found my home, everything I asked God for ,He provided it at brookvalley apts, spacious living, exercise room, swimming pool, grills in designated spots in the subdi, New play ground for the children,band even picnic tables, for your own family events, or just chilling, spacious laundry facil, , internet access, .But the true reason ,I feel so blessed here, Is the mantance engineers, and our wonder office staff, that will work with you,even in hard times ,they try their best to help you stay, I have never got the fee that their objective goal are for our demise

It's not safe here. BE VIGILANT IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE IN. I wouldn't recommend it. There's been a series of theft and constant loitering around where the 800 apartments are. Management doesn't seem to act with haste as far as the weird activity that takes place around the area. Doesn't seem like a family safe area to bring your children or significant others.

Save your MONEY!! DONT MOVE HERE!!I'm a resident! I pay to much rent not to be able to take a shower. The water needs to be test cause my face and body has broken out completely! It's to the point were I have to see an dermatologist about my skin. I notify the office and nothing has been done! I can't wait to move. Black stuff come out my water so it's hard to take a shower.

I really like this complex. The staff is friendly, the communication is frequent and open. I’ve had any complaints addressed promptly (outside of what’s been complicated by the pandemic of course). My recommendation to make this experience even better is to provide more support to maintenance staff. They seem spread pretty thin, which complicates the response times for maintenance issues. I’ve also had appliances repeatedly break and maintenance comes to fix them but they break again because they’re below average quality. GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHETHER YOU ARE A RESIDENT OR POTENTIAL APPLICANT. Its not worth the money .Pictures are self explanatory . Apartments are not maintained or given basic renovations so that you are not dealing with black mold , paint chipping on you in the shower , and breathing in the amount of dust and ick that is in your water heater , a/c closet . Just don't, unless you desperate, we were so we did and we do not recommend !
