Ms. Kristie ,Jazmine , & Misti are AMAZING!!!! Besides loving my home and the complex in general, they make everything else in between even better!! A nice complex is one thing but when there's a staff that cares and treats you like family it takes it to the upper echelon for apartment living! I love this place!!

I've happily lived here for almost 4 years and have enjoyed everything about this community!! From Ms. Kristi & and the staff to the beautiful scenery and overall beauty and peacefulness of Carrington is enough to say but the location has to be one of the best things about it. This is truly a great place to live!!!

We've been living here for 6 years and have been very happy. The complex is diverse, there are families of various ages as you'd expect in most apartment communities. The office staff and maitenance team are friendly and helpful. If we've had an emergency with A/C, heat or plumbing, someone has always been out right away to take care of it. We've been treated very well here and are happy to have found this place.

Jasmine , has helped me out so many times such a pleasure she’s such an amazing young lady ,she has always been so nice and kind to me and has a great personality I love living at Carrington Points and the people in the rental office are always so helpful, energetic and organize. They answer my calls on time and I really enjoy the maintenance service here every time I put my order in they come right on time to fix my needs right away

I’m very blessed to live in a neighborhood that’s quiet and where I feel safe for lower prices than the surrounding neighborhoods! As the prices begin to increase, it would be nice to have basic upgrades! There’s no reason why I should have all carpet, white appliances, and gold door handles with an over $100 dollar increase. Still with the increase, the staff is great, Carlos the maintenance guy is awesome. He’s always nice and he is a hard worker! Overall decent place to live.

Property is very well maintained, maintenance staff is very responsive. No place is perfect but there are far worse places. It's very quiet for the most part, Christie and Jasmine ( Leasing staff) do their best to make themselves available. Christie is the more serious of the two but I'd rather a focused demeanor as it produces results around this place.
The only thing I wish is that the rent payment portal allowed you to pay prior to the 1st of the month 💜

Carrington point is a great place to live! The office staff is amazing. Jazmine Moore was very pleasant and resourceful. She answered every question I had and made getting into my home an extremely easy process. Amenities are plentiful. The residents are nice. I can’t say enough! I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend or someone in need.
