First off this is the absolute WORST place I’ve ever lived in! Been here for almost two years and the gate has NEVER worked!! Just last week they had almost 20 cars towed and the owner’s expense because they thought they were abandoned and not being driven enough for them! So if you have more than one car don’t pay almost 1600 a month in rent to stay here bc your cars aren’t safe! While they out here worrying about cars they need to focus on fixing things around here! Smh

We @palmers_eatery were soo excited to get an invite from them to be a vendor on their property for their fall festival event. The office staff is amazing an the community was very welcoming. We will continue to support this community and serve them our best meals.

Good but rent to high. If you have prefect payment history you should receive incentives on lease renewals. You should be able to have a satellite dish.

When you think of anything you pay for, the benefit versus cost should likely come up. I can no longer justify paying downtown ATL prices and not getting the most bang for my buck. I am being charged absurd amounts of money for water (without an itemized breakdown of the cost) and paying for an outdated apartment with fragile walls. I don’t mind paying higher prices; however, I don’t see the value in what I’m paying. If One Rocky Ridge advertises “Modern Luxury living experience,” please invest in your resident’s hard-earned money that we give you every month. We should see our money

I am truly upset I have been living here for two years and now I REFUSE to renew my lease under the conditions of this place, I have seen 3 management teams now and none of them have been able to solve my issues listed below:
Cats taking over breeze way
Leaks in ceiling living room and bathroom
Trash always outside the dumpster
Neighbors have trash cans outside their doors
Mail pickup area always trashed half the boxes opened.
Again this is a bit much for all the money that I have to pay, I am DONE with One Rocky Ridge
Don’t get TRAPPED.
