Manager, Allison was excellent. The place is nice quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious also. I would recommended anyone looking for a nice affordable quiet apartment to see Allison Wilson, can’t thank her enough I’m very satisfied

My experience here at Lakeland has been over the past several years has
been "Awesome" Allison our property manager is the "Best" to work with always pleasant and has a very welcoming personality. Address any concerns and very helpful in a timely manor. Bob in maintenance is "Great" the staff here gets a 2 thumbs up. If your looking for a well maintain property with a very personable staff Lakeland Terrace is the place.

Good afternoon! I'll be at Lakeland Terrace 3 yrs in May of this year. I have no complaints whatsoever. I love my apartment. Allison is great and always nice to interact with, very pleasant and professional. Bob is the best, always willing to help in any way he can. Always professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better team. Looking forward to signing the new lease!

This was one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had. I have moved a few time because my job requires it and the Lakeland Terrace staff is the best I have ever come in contact with. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I would recommend living here to anyone.

I absolutely love my apartment. The hallways always smells good and spotless. The management is always available for concerns. Maintenance staff are very friendly and prompt. I have not one complaint. Looking forward to many years here.
