They don’t fix things when they’re supposed to , leaking window seals , doors are never secured ( front back or side ) yet constantly sending out emails about new security system , will come into your apartment without notice , will let anyone into your apartment if they call for a lockout not checking if it’s truly you , property manager will try to talk to you like you don’t know what your talking about even though she claims she’s new .

I’ve been a resident for three year’s as you can see from the pictures I have leaky windows water molding in kitchen cabinets and hallway floors unsecured doors no heat control always cold rent has been raised every year that I have been here.I have to go on line for work orders that never get done no up grades but rent steady going up. If you want to use the pool you have to pay 10 for a pool pass and 10 each additional person . Leaking Raw sewage in the side stairwell. This is the worst choice I every made. Only way I was able to make this review I had to give a star. They towed my truck

I’ve been here now several months and enjoy waking up to a beautiful view of Lake Erie everyday to relaxing on my balcony to get some fresh air. Alicia,Angela, and Ms Norma were very pleasant and helpful. There were a few issues such as bugs but they made sure it was handled. It’s nice & convenient having a laundry room and fitness room on the premises as well as shopping centers nearby. If you want to throw something on the grill outback you could do that too, needless to say I’m happy here.

Totally disgusting! I have toilet water from upstairs apartment leaking into my bathroom! Have to use a big bucket to catch it all!
This place is nasty! Dishwasher always breaking down, and there's roaches also! This place SUCKS!!! Please don't move here!
They lie! No one ever fixed the problem! Your maintenance team are lazy and don't want to do the work to fix it! I will see you in court!

It use to be nice here. Now the place is filthy and has a growing roach problem. The garbage room constantly has trash on the floor bc residents won't take it to the dumpster. The garbage room hasn't been washed down in months,
nor does the hallway get vacuumed. Maintenance isn't so good either. Dude came to fix the towel rack..it fell 10 minutes later and still no one has come back. The hole they made in the bathroom ceiling, still there and it's close to a month..The office staff are very nice.

ANGELA IS THE BEST!!!!! Where would Water's Edge/K&D Group be without Angela... Somewhere in the slumps, like many other companies!! Angela, upon meeting was the most caring, effective, passionate, and knowledgeable personnel I've meet in years. My wife passed away some years ago, so as a single older man with grandchildren, looking for a place to live, with no yard maintenance, beautiful lake views, and decent handymen available to take of issues with the unit - I was very impressed with everything and Angela made the visit and process truly worth it. The process from the tour of the property all the way to getting approved was handled perfectly by Ms Angela Franklin. She was patient insightful and definitely a great asset to the establishment ! A raise is needed for her for sure ! Her knowledge of the process was truly amazing and she did everything she could to make sure the process was smooth ! I appreciated her professionalism as well ! My boyfriend and I decided to move here a little over a year ago... at first, we thought the place looked great. No problems with the application or anything. We were not allowed to see the apartment before we signed the lease, we called time after time before we signed it to try and get a tour of the apartment. Each time we were told " Oh, maintenance still has the keys". The day we are supposed to move in, they STILL wouldn't let us see the apartment until we signed the lease. (Me renting my first apartment, I didn't know any better)
We get moved in and things were fine
