From the moment I drove into the facility it's felt so peaceful and quiet. Tenants that we came across in the parking lot talk so highly and confident about the complex. Kia gave me a tour and immediately It felt like I was in a different world. My nephew said "Please can we move today I ask why he said because it felt like home and he loved it" He couldn't wait to tell his mom and trust me that's all he talked about the entire weekend he is only 10years old. Kia answered all questions that we ask about the facility, she was very honest, she didn't forced anything upon me, basically the tour itself

I've only been here for a week now, but I am very comfortable so far. The space is clean, and quiet enough (for me). Moving in was breeze, and Kia has been so helpful since Day 1! She was honest and realistic about what parking was like. And any concerns I had during my walkthrough was well taken care of by my move-in date. She's been very patient and welcoming to all my questions and concerns. I haven't run into any surprises or major concerns.

I had to move in a pinch before seeing the property, and when I did finally get to see it they made sure I was satisfied before I signed the lease. Everything exceeded my expectations - everyone is very friendly, the unit is clean and more spacious than I expected, and everything works very well. The staff, especially Kia, is so helpful! This property is a great choice.

I really don't even know where to begin. I've moved around a lot in my lifetime but no place I've ever lived in has felt like home. Not until I moved to Summerwood Commons. The staff is so incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding. The property manager, Sasha, is out of this world amazing! She has such a good vibe and her customer service is outstanding. She made this new transition in my life so wonderful and a real breeze. The grounds are always kept clean, maintenance is always prompt and any concerns I may have are met with not only kindness and reassurance but also a solution. This

My property Manager Madeline Hewitt- Hunt is absolutely the best. She’s always kind and understanding to any situation and she’s always helpful. She helped me with my rental situation and walked me through the process step by step even though she was alone in the office. She also helped a potential new resident while assisting me in a timely manner. I really appreciate the help that she gives she goes above and beyond and I am greatly appreciated for her.

With living on this complex for over 12 years I have seen many staff members come and go. The grounds are kept clean daily by friendly courteous workers. I am honor to say that the new Property Manager Ms. Madeline has brought some SUNSHINE to Summerwood Commons. Her professionalism and great concern for tenants has warmed my heart.
