My friend stays there.
Parkside Gardens were trying to kick her out because she wanted them to fix the broken lock door.
People were stealing her mail because the mailboxes don't work. She called and called they wouldn't do it.
Finally she called the city of euclid.
The only reason she didn't get kicked out was because the bldg manager told the city she was a problem.
They will kick you out if you complain

During the residency at Parkside Gardens, experience included these conditions but not limited to: bedbugs, roaches, hostile neighbors, broken doors, garbage in common areas, and property damage. The ceilings were caving in and the walls were deteriorating into holes. The bathtub knobs were not repaired and lead to leaking water. Neighbors would leave garbage outside their units which lead to roaches. Laundry was used for garbage.

A good friend of mine has been living there for four years a low maintenance tenant pays her rent on time etc. is currently going through a roach infestation no matter how much they exterminate! DONT MOVE THERE New management is NOT On There TOES ROCO No Longer Owns The property!!! Now buildings have roach infestation quite a few buildings wasn’t like this before so she says!! DO NOT MOVE there

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The staff is very very unprofessional, when you need something done you have to wait weeks , I waited almost a month for somebody to come look at my issue.. if it’s a emergency they MIGHT show up!! Even if your house is clean you will have roaches! BAD!! I even found one in my bed! When the maintenance finally comes to look at your apartment they have no respect for how they treat it. If it’s clean at first , it will be dirty after they leave.. the front doors don’t lock! The door bells don’t ring!! The hallways and front area is extremely dirty!! My water was brown

DO NOT RENT HERE! Me and my wife needed a place to move in a hurry and this place seemed great when we went to the office. Did all our paperwork and received our apartment and keys within a few days. Then reality set it. The apartments are literally trash in the hallways. The mail boxes in the front door area don’t even lock. The door buzzer has a big sign that says broken on it, and the front door you can just walk right into. Once we started moving in we found ROACHES. The entire kitchen was filled with them. I called for 3 weeks to have someone come spray and get rid of them, to no avail.

Stepdaughter had obtained an apartment there. Had constant problem with hardwired smoke detector chirping. Red Ant infestation in her apartment. Some electric outlets didn't work. Supposed to be a secured building. Both front and back doors unsecured. Dirty diapers near rear entrance. Never cleaned up by ground crew. Deeply Disappointed moved out within her first month.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I am a current resident and I can't wait to leave!!!! This place is absolutely horrible! The other people that reviewed this place clearly do not live in my building or they are just as dirty as the people that do! There is a serious roach problem here and management does NOTHING about it no matter how many times you report the problem. Maintenance drives around the complex all day but fails to perform any work (cleaning, repairs, ect) Take this warning seriously because had I known about this before moving in I definitely would've went elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I moved in with our children late last year. We moved here out of desperation as we already suspected that this was a less than desirable option before moving in. I would strongly advise you to make this your LAST option. They do nothing about any of your complaints: the mailboxes were open (locks broken) for months (even after several complaints to the office AND to the property management company) resulting in two of my packages being stolen and my w-2's stolen RIGHT OUT OF MY MAILBOX. The upkeeping is less than bare minimum. A used
