I have lived in a Structure managed building in Russian Hill for over 15 years. Since I've lived in the building, our building has changed ownership as well as being managed by multiple property management companies and on-site managers. This place has had it's ups and downs. Thankfully, the building is on an upswing which I attribute to Drew S, the current on-site manager. He is super on top of things and always helpful on those occasions when there is an issue. 5-stars for Drew!

Lauren Rios is such a lifesaver! I first met Lauren at another Structure Property and she was super nice and patient. It was around 6PM or so at night and dark out and despite having dinner plans, she didn't rush me at all. She answered my questions and my mom's questions (who is anxious and asks too many things). When I found another property listed by structure property on a Saturday afternoon, I fell in love with it and reached out to Lauren immediately. Despite it being her day off, she answered my questions, sent me an application, and scheduled me for the earliest available tour

I have lived in one of Structure's buildings for 29 years. There have been many ups and downs during that time, with changing owners, management companies, and resident managers.
I must say that for the last several years, things have drastically turned around for the better. There have been many upgrades to the building, all of which have solved long-lasting and previously ongoing problems. This review is for Corey Eckert. I recently hired Corey to help us find tenants for a condo in SF during the pandemic. Corey was exceptional and I can't say enough good things about his work. He found us amazing tenants incredibly quickly and helped make the entire process super seamless. If you're in the market for property management these guys are the ones you want. I am a vendor who works for Structure Properties and every time I do anything in any of their locations they are well-maintained, neat and very clean. Absolutely negligent. Sent incompetent repairmen to fix a complex job. Left me hanging for weeks at a time with no response. I had to jump through hoops to get Drew Soltis, who was supposed to be managing the property, to respond to me. They left my apartment a construction zone for two weeks, totally ghosted me, then let me know the building was sold without fixing the issue and leaving the problem worse than it was before. Unbelievable.

Finding an apartment has always been difficult. I had the opportunity to speak with Alex about viewing an apartment. Not only was Alex very polite, hospitable, but he also had my best intention. He showed me the apartment complex via FaceTime and then in person. I forgot to ask Alex a few questions and eventually emailed him. His response time was great! I would receive responses nearly after I had sent the message. After checking out various apartments, I decided to go with Structure Proprieties. Unfortunately there was a wait time to rent an appointment; however, I was able to sign up for a waitlist

I have been at the B Street Apartments location in Hayward for about two months now and I have really enjoyed it. Alexander, the property manager, has been very responsive and supportive with my transition into this new place. I recently locked myself out of my apartment and he was there in no time to help let me in!
The building itself is so unique and has a lot of history to it and the neighborhood seems really safe. My only regret is missing out on one of the rooms with the exposed brick, looks really sharp. Also, the shared laundry room uses an app, so you are not forced to hunt down quarters

Resident Mgr Drew has done a great job keeping this building a safe, secure, well-functioning place to live. Maintenance can be extra tricky in an old building like ours. He's been quick to respond in getting plumbing and electrical issues resolved and the technicians he's brought in have been skilled, personable, on-time people who explain what they're doing and why, which I really appreciate. He's handled basement garbage/laundry room lighting issues quickly & thoroughly. He's also worked hands-on time & again to make adjustments, accompany inspectors around,

Did anyone face a major issue with their apartment and received no support and response from Structure Property ? We have just moved into a new flat with major problems related to poorly built ventilation system creating noise and vibration disturbances above acceptable level. While we have reported the issue several times, Structure Property has ignored our report. The issues were not mentioned in the contract they have shared with us and the viewings were arranged at times were the system was off. I had a wonderful experience with Structure after they took over management of the condo we rented in San Francisco. I never expected to write a positive review of a property management company, but here we are! Structure and specifically Alexander Husary were responsive, easy to work with, and best of all facilitated a pain-free move-out and security deposit return!

I've had such a positive experience living at the b street apartments for the last year.. so grateful to have Alex as our property manager.. probably the best property manager I've had since I've started renting... so professional, kind, and really cares about the well being of his tenants. 10/10!!!

[B St. Apartments in Hayward, CA] My partner and I had an amazing experience here! We leased for 1 year during the pandemic and, while we'd hoped things would cool down during our lease so that we could enjoy being literally above downtown, we still enjoyed the environment, neighbors, and management.
The area does have quite some homeless people, but we never had concerns with feeling unsafe. The complex is also next to a police department and fire station!
The studio unit was really nice! All updated appliances and the brick walls were our selling points. We were a little disappointed

I rented an apartment managed by Structure for about three years, at a rent controlled building in Pacific Heights. The showing and move in process was smooth and friendly, all our maintenance requests were addressed very promptly (usually within 48 hours), and the move out process was fair and quick (s/o to Drew!). Any urgent issues that came up (lock breakage, water leaks) were dealt with within hours, even on weekends. The common areas were cleaned regularly and maintenance happened on schedule.
They are an extremely professional group of people to work with, and I would recommend them highly
