Nearly impossible to find this hotel without phone calls to the hotel. Even then, someone who answered their phone said he could not help with instructions for parking. After finding my way in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was cozy, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Notably, the food served at the hotel conference with delicious. Access to campus was great too. The biggest concern was the liquid body wash which seemed very clearly topped off with water. Luckily I brought my own as a backup.

It was a good stay. I found the room comfortable. I liked the location proximity to the food court which included a Starbucks and Chick Fil A, both of which I went to (see separate reviews). What was disappointing was the front desk staff upon check in. We were there for a wedding and despite mentioning the couples name multiple times we were not given the welcome bags the couple had for their guests. The bags were literally right behind the counter and they wouldn’t give them to us. This was an issue because the shuttle schedules for the wedding were in there. When we asked for directions to

I stayed here for 4 nights as a part of the program I attend at Georgetown University. The good: location if you need to be at Georgetown U or the hospital, you are right there. Free cookies at front desk.
The rooms were a bit worn but seemed clean. Lots of confusion with the front desk regarding our parking passes for the program. Parking for regular guests can be pricey. A couple of the weekend/evening front desk staff were great. Also encountered a couple daytime front desk who weren’t as friendly.
In comparison to a Hampton inn or Marriott brand, I’d give this hotel 3 stars overall.

Checked in yesterday. Was not informed that the water would be turned off the next night at 11:00 pm. Called the front desk and was told they would bring me water to at least "wipe" off and brush my teeth. Got a call back that there is no water and nothing that can be done. This is absurd. A hotel without water? It was about 90% humidity today and I cannot take a shower? How is the acceptable? When I suggested send an uber to pick up water I was told straight out that NOTHING can be done. First, something can always be done.
I was then told that the water will be back on at 3am. So what does that

Hotel accommodations are sufficient but not exceptional. This is in line with the historic nature of this hotel. There are extremely limited dining options nearby if you arrive late. Front desk staff was helpful in providing menus from nearby restaurants that offered delivery. Beyond the university and hospital, there is very little within walking distance.

The hotel was average at best, but really pricey. The "complimentary" bottle of water in the room actually costs $10, per the tag. And you can keep the monogrammed Georgetown pillow, approx 10"x5" and 3oz, for $40. The view from the window looked over the soccer field, which was nice to watch. The staff were competent.
Parking was $75 daily for the privilege of having the car on the holy premises. The valets parking the cars blocked in my sedan while it was running, and I was loading luggage, with a Mercedes & a Maserati. On asking the valet to move the cars, he moved the Benz, and repeatedly

I had the pleasure of staying at the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Overall, the venue is located is a great area of D.C. The staff at the desk are friendly, but many of them are still in training. In addition, the breakfast buffet was what you expect from a hotel; it's okay. The rooms are quite nice and most have a nice view. This location was overall a positive experience to stay at.

The people art the front desk were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I arrived early (because of my flight) and they were very accommodating at finding me a trim that was available instead of making me wait. I ordered room service for a late dinner and for breakfast, and the food was fantastic. I would definitely like yup stay here again if I'm back in the area.

This is a nice hotel with a helpful, friendly staff. It is very conveniently located near the hospital and college. The rooms aren't huge, but are big enough for comfort. My room was pristine when I checked in. Parking is $25 a day because the hotel doesn't own the parking garage. There is neither refrigerator nor microwave in the room. I was told I could get a fridge for an extra $10 a day.
