Terrible management staff. Lacks checks and balances on tenant accounts. Likes to send out false notices and threatening letters to tenants without verifying or researching prior. Management staff has a discriminating way of dealing with tenants and very rude and disrespectful Kelly appears to be racists and homophobic. Maintenance is fair but does not follow up or able to fix all maintenance issues but state they have fixed it. Apartment Association has numerous complaints against this management company.
