I've been renting with Intrigue Indy for 2 months. I highly recommend checking their listings out first before going anywhere else. Daniel and his team are highly responsive to my needs and I've had no issues in dealing with them. They were very up front and honest with me before I signed the lease and continue to check in to make sure I'm living comfortably.
Before moving to the Reagan Park area on the northside of downtown with Intrigue, I was having issues dealing with countless property agencies who would not respond to emails. Getting tours and meeting with actual people to discuss the lease

We have dealt with Intrigue Indy for the last 2 years. They are a great group of very hard work people. They currently do all our leasing and property management and I'm very pleased with the overall service they provide. Ryan, Daniel and Emilee are a great team and provide all the services we need on a daily basis. If you are looking for a Property Management team you should definitely use Intrigue.

Recently my family and I sold our home. The home we're buying is not ready yet. We found a short term rental through Airbnb with Intrigue Indy. Looked great, excited for a month of downtown living for my family and I. The home was listed as fully furnished and pet friendly. I reached out to verify pets were good and that a family of 6 (4 young kids) would be a good fit before requesting the 30 day rental.
Upon arrival there were a ton of small issues; forced late check in due to their previous tenants, no cleaning supplies, 3 spoons, 5 forks, little stuff that I did my best to work with

Ryan and his team are excellent! I'm an out of state investor and they're made these investments as smooth and passive as possible. They've always gone above and beyond in terms of managing the properties and helping me understand the Indianapolis market to help me reach my goals. Ryan has walked numerous properties for me and provided me videos and his detailed analysis on potential deals. Ryan and Daniel have helped me navigate challenging tenant situations. They've been super responsive with repair/maintenance calls, rent payment issues and overall very smooth to work with
