I currently own 2 homes that City Place manages. Whenever there is an issue from the renter City Place will send someone out to make repairs and contacts me by Email to let me know repairs were made. If the cost of repairs is above a certain amount they will contact me immediately to make arrangements for the repair. Most of the time they have someone that can make the repairs within the company, if not they have contacts who can complete the required work. The prices are very competitive and the quality of work is professional. I have been with them for 4 years and have had to have very few repairs

Very unproffessional! Not only do they not call to tell you youre approved or denied it took me almost two days for someone to answer and most theyre properties are in bad areas yet they want to charge suburb prices!! Never again management and staff are horrible. Dont waste your time .

I applied for a house with this company and spoke with two different female agents. They were both rude and not helpful. I had a dispute on my application because the screening came back with information that was incorrect. I called the screening company and had the items removed from my report and they stated it would be sent back to the management company. After the report was adjusted, I called the management company back and the lady I spoke with told me that it didn’t matter and I was already denied. I have attempted to contact this company for interest in multiple rental properties. They flat out will not call you back. On Facebook they only use a bot or someone who can't figure out that you are asking for a link to a specific property. On their website you would have to pay them an application fee and be approved before even being able to have a tour. In my opinion this company is nothing but a scam. Do not use them!!

Contacted this agency to view a property they managed only to be advised by a manager that because of the Covid-19 pandemic that their policy is to pre-qualify potential tenants before even showing the property. Any issues with the property would be passed on to the owner and it would be the owners responsibility to address those issues.
Then I was informed that they have multiple applications on the property, so why are you still trying to pre-qualify people for the property?
This is an information grab and a scam!

I've had nothing but a good experience with CityPlace. I am an out-of-state investor and the level of responsiveness has been outstanding. My most recent property was filled in a couple weeks, and they were very communicative throughout the whole process. We are out of state investors, we depend on Property Management input. Once we signed our agreement, they were quick in giving us all photos and information about our property and how we could maximize revenue. Their fee rates are very competitive (in our opinion best that we have encountered-3 previous PMs'). Renovations/Repairs are done quickly, but allow you time to pay the repairs. CityPlace has been our property managers in Indianapolis for a few months now and I'm very pleased with their service. As an out-of-state investor, it's difficult to trust a property manager you haven't met with in person for properties you haven't seen before purchasing. Keith has always been easy to reach, respectful and clear in answering questions, and quick to respond if we miss each other. When a tenant misses rent, I am quickly informed. I appreciate this excellent communication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend CityPlace based on that aspect alone.
