We have dealt with Harvey over a period of three years in managing a rental property. We have found him to be a very straightforward, honest person to deal with. I've been using Harvey Property Management for just over a year and a half and I wouldn't use anyone else. I've had other management companies and no one compares. Harvey and his team provide great customer service to myself and the tenants at my property. They're quick to let me know of any repairs that need to be made. We've rented from Harvey Property Management Group for a few years now. I couldn't be more satisfied with a rental company. Any issues that have ever arose (very few) have been taken care of immediately. If your looking to rent I suggest you check them out. You won't find a better property Management company.

Been with Harvey property for almost 4 years and they have been nothing but helpful. Any repairs need done, they come fast. This is a company I would recommend for sure because they help you get where you need to be, all you have to do is be a good tenant. Also Mr Harvey is so awesome!

I was originally with another management company that was based out of Detroit and without going into detail, suffice to say I had all kinds of issues and they weren't meeting my expectations. I flew out to Indianapolis and met with Harvey in person in Nov 2016. The most impressive aspect about Harvey is that he is all about the long term relationship. He advised me on numerous occasions NOT to purchase a particular property I had identified, due to either the price, neighborhood, or condition. Harvey has been managing my property for about 3 years, and took it over when there was a vacancy, rehab, and eviction needed on a duplex.He took care of it all; got good rents and everything was taken care of promptly.
What is best is that he does not need to be micromanged, he truly takes care of everything and only asks you approve certain repairs when needed. For example, I had bed bug situation, which cause my section 8 rent to be delayed, but the tenant was later found to have been responsible for causing it. Long story short, I purchased a property from a "turnkey" company which turned out to be a complete sham and Harvey was able to help me take control of the property, renovate it, and lease it out.
Due to the immense number of investors who were negatively impacted by the turnkey company, it took longer than normal to get the ball rolling. However, once the ball did start rolling, it went by very quickly and efficiently.
Even though Harvey is quite a busy man, he will always make time to speak with his clients. You will be in good hands.
