T&H Realty Services is a full-service, residential Property Management company located in Indianapolis, IN. We focus on the leasing and management of single family homes and condos throughout Central Indiana and are dedicated to providing superior service to both our Owners and Tenants.

T&H Realty Services is a pet-friendly company and we realize that most households have some type of animal. Some of our Owners, however, will not allow pets of any type, so please check the property amenities for details. Pet Fees: Our general policy is to charge $25 for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet.
As a Tenant of T&H Realty Services, you are automatically enrolled into our Tenant Benefits Package when you sign a Lease with us. Changing HVAC filters every 3 months is another requirement that you agree to when you sign our Lease. With this package, you will receive a high-quality filter you need directly mailed to your residence every 90 days.

I rely heavily on people’s reviews of businesses before I decide to give them my business. I wanted to write this review on T&H Realty Services because they are deserving of the recognition. I am an out-of-state investor (I live in CA) but own property in Greenwood, IN that is managed by T&H. When my business partner and I purchased this property it was managed by a different PM who we stayed with upon acquisition. After about a year of terrible service, we decided to change PM companies. We just recently started renting with T&H and the experience has been great so far. The remote move is process was very convenient. We had an issue with the lockbox being broken and the company sent out someone to give us keys a couple hours later. I submitted a service request to have the lockbox removed and to have the garage door fixed. Jeff came out and was extremely helpful! He answered all the questions that I had. He quickly assessed the issues and addressed them immediately. I am very pleased with my experience thus far.

T&H did an outstanding job managing our home! It's a scary thing when you have to leave and rent your home. Due to being in the Marines my family and I had to leave our home due to being stationed in California, we felt we were going to walk back into a home that needed major repairs. That totally was not the case with the T&H team. From the start, Jake responded to my inquiry the very next day and met me at my house and answered all my questions which eased all my anxiety. It has not even been a month that I have been renting from T & H and my only regret is not choosing this company sooner.
The professionalism and level of care I have received from this company in two weeks has eclipsed every company I have dealt with in my 6 years of renting. The quality of care from service requests to general questions about the lease is awesome.

I have used T&H Realty for almost 5 years. They have made my rental property ownership experience smooth and hassle free (Morgan is incredible). They respond immediately to any question I have. I just wanted to share some feedback from the perspective of a homeowner next to a property managed by T&H. I reached out to them due to a weak tree limb on the property they manage and expressed concern that it would eventually damage my home. I received a quick response from Morgan (one of the Assistant Property Managers). After confirming a few details, she quickly worked with their maintenance team to schedule a tree trimming service to take care of the issue. We've been renting a house through T&H for a little over a year now. We've been extremely pleased with our experience so far.
The staff are very professional. The few times we've needed maintenance, they've been great! Morgan has been particularly helpful with our lease and house related questions. She responds quickly and with all the possible information we need.

I have been living in my house for 2yrs, any maintenance issues they respond immediately & get the job done. The online portal to enter request and pay rent makes everything so convenient. Also they have an excellent property management team Morgan Hendrixson has been great, super responsive and makes sure your taken care of. Cynthia in the office has been very professional and helpful and responds quickly when I contact her with questions. Johnny, the maintenance tech, has contacted me to schedule within 24 hours every time I have submitted a service request. He has been very kind and helpful during service visits and also very accommodating of my schedule. He responds quickly to questions when I have texted him also. This is my first time renting from T&H, and I have been very pleased with their service!
