IMPORTANT: Please read through these common issues before reaching out for repair assistance. Two of the most common toilet problems are blocked systems and malfunctioning toilet flappers. If you believe your toilet is clogged, flush it once and use the plunger to create suction in the bowl. Attempt to pump the clock through the pipes by repeatedly pushing up and down on the plunger.

Ethosity has zero regard for the community that they lease their houses in. Their tenants have fired gunshots through my house while trying to hit a car driving by. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of this leasing agency in order to ask them to act. The tenants continue to engage in gunfire and this leasing agency has not done anything to remove these tenants.
In response to your reply: I will not “rest assured”. Your tenants continue to engage in gun fire and have literally put bullets into my bedroom. This has been going on for over a month. You have zero excuses for the way this company

This is a low quality management company, no one ever is available to take tenant calls and there is NO MANTENACE. Do not rent here, several maintenance issues have not been taken care of in the home.
I almost failed to mention you have to pay a large fee to pay your rent online! Rent else where!

Don't even bother. I applied to a property via Zillow that advertised pets were allowed. After looking at their website, I noticed that the property was listed as not allowing pets. When I called later to ask, my call went to a call center where the representative was unable to answer if pets were allowed. They said they would forward information to the property manager to ask. I did not receive any word from them. I've called multiple times and asked to withdraw the application. They processed it anyway (for the wrong property). After a week and a half of calling, I finally got a call back from

Ethosity Management has been great to work with from a landlord perspective. I'm pretty involved still with my properties but I usually never really have to reach out. Lexa and all others on the team have been responsive to all of my inquiries. Their communication has been excellent. And Cory provided a very reputable contact for carpet replacement. The Owner Portal is easy to navigate and provides the information I need regarding my rental. Overall, I'm satisfied and plan to use them for other properties.

It is well known in the Near Eastside by renters as "do-not-rent-here", due to a combination of poor business practices, terrible customer service, internal communication issues, and faulty homes. DO NOT RENT HERE. I do not write review, but I am concerned for anyone wanting to do business with them. This is the worst property management group I have encountered. If you are a tentative renter, I am more than willing to share my experience outside of this review.
I moved here to take a job, so I didn't have a lot of time to choose where I was living. When I moved in there were dirty nails, broken

My Daughter moved into one of there homes last week and the pipes for the sink and shower are missing. Along with broken pipes under the sink so there cant be running water.
She has been calling to try to get them to fix it so she can have the water turned on but they just keep saying they will put an order in and never call her back.
They also act like they don't know what shes talking about and no work order has been placed each time she calls.
Now there saying a contractor will be out today. But that's what they said yesterday, and no one showed up, and they're not answering again today.
