Alpine Property Management
Alpine Property Management currently manages over 1000 properties, primarily in Marion County. With a full-time property management staff, Alpine performs thorough screenings of potential tenants and takes care of all maintenance requests with bonded and insured contractors. Alpine works with the Federal HUD Section 8 program to accommodate more members of the community.

On the investor's end, Alpine specializes in the arrangement and management of rehabs from start to finish. Alpine also has the capability to help investors locate and make investment acquisition decisions for all markets.
Services
Tara is the licensed real estate broker for Alpine. She is involved in the management side of the company and plans the monthly events Alpine Capital Solutions hosts. Lincoln is involved with day to day activity in the office and with investors as well as manages construction flow on all properties.

If you call during normal business hours and your call is not answered, please leave a message. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you small gas and believe there is a leak, leave the building immediately and call Citizens Gas at 924-3311.
We look at your last 2 years of residency for positive, verifiable, history. We ask your landlords about late payments, NSF checks, warrants, complaints, and condition of the property when you left. We also verify that notice has been given and that you did not leave with a balance due or collection account.

I just started leasing with this property management. I found what I thought was an affordable apartment to save some money however it has become a nightmare.
I was told the unit had central air and only needed to be turned on. The unit has thermostat so I believed the shower. This turns out to be a lie. The unit does not have central air. I requested to terminate the lease or be offered an alternative unit. The property manager threatens to sue me.
They did however provide ac units after weeks of requesting.
The gas stove did not work. It took nearly 2 weeks to get a new stove installed . The

So not a good company to rent from. Believe me when I say keep looking some place else. Never lived in any of there places but had very bad experience applying for a home they just took my money.

I have lived in my house for only 4 months and i STILL dont have a working microwave. Ive put in multiple work orders and nothing has been done. I also have a broken front door that also hasnt been fixed since i moved in and it too has had multiple orders in for. Apparently if its not an emergency it doesn't matter? Ive resorted to having to fix things myself since they don’t. Wouldnt recommend

They are all very helpful an nice. Heather an Christy are two amazing women and they go over an beyond to do their job an make sure tenants are well taken care of. Yes sometimes things are not done right away but trust me they make it happen in a timely manner.

I requested to see a house through Alpine Property Management, they wanted me to pay $45 and submit docs before I could view the house I was interested in. I couldn’t provide a few of the documents, and also couldn’t talk to anyone to see what I should do instead. Needless to say I lost out on $45.. with as many people looking for places to rent you’d think they’d at least open some type of service to where you can call them to discuss what’s happening if you are having issues, especially when they want you to pay up front before viewing a house.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have not dealt with these guys but have friends who have done so and they are not pleased. The bad reviews are all true. Read them and beware. Maintenance issues are ignored more often than not. One could perish all alone in their home and no one would know. That might be a mostly improbable example but you get my drift. The fact that this business replies to all of their bad reviews with snide vitriol is also a problem. Instead of fixing the issues they would rather respond with passive aggressive clownishness. Please be careful and aware of this company

My wife turned in our info so we could get approved we have very had any evictions or rent late or any of that kind of thing. We lived at one apartment for 5 year and our current on for 3. My wife forgot to add a document when applying and and sent an email explaining and asked if they was a way to turn it in no response. Then 3 days later we get denied not because we forgot the document but because they said we had multiple evictions and late on rent and a bunch of other untrue stuff just flat out fraudulent statements and still no way to contact them to try and fix it.

I have lived in a property managed by Alpine Property Management for 11 months now, and while a few particular people I have worked with have been reasonable, the company as a whole doesn't seem to care that my furnace has not been working properly since I moved in. They should have fixed it within 24 hours according to state laws and regulations, but they did not. It has been over 300 days and I still wake up to my house routinely being over 10 degrees than the setpoint (which is 70, I'm not unreasonable.) I was denied for reasons that I have submitted proper documentation that's is approved by requirements listed on website but however I was denied but can't talk to anyone cause they call private and no one is in office. Rip off for 45 bucks for application fee that no ones calls you and update you on any statuses I would've my recommended to anybody

Had a horrible experience with trying to get in contact with this company. There website keeps telling me my Email is invalid, there phone number is automated and will not allow you to speak with anyone.

I have questions I would like to ask and possibly see a specific house I found, but with there website not working properly and due to Covid 19 I am not sure what there hours of operation are at there offices.

Sucks because they have a nice piece of property I really let myself get excited about. That's my fault though I should have known better.

I’ve been renting from Alpine for almost 4 yrs now and I’m really surprised at the bad reviews. Any problem I’ve ever had has usually been handled in a timely & professional manner. Tiffany has always been very helpful.
Side note: I’ve never had a problem with roaches or rodents in this house

This company not only buys the house, they own the construction company that does a terrible job fixing up the house. Then they put renters that will trash the place (terrible property managment), they then sell over current market value. Alpine even owns the handyman services and they extremely over charge to fix and replace what they already supposedly upgraded. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!! The owner even told me tough luck when trying to get his staff to provide details we wanted. Now they are trying to run us out of their services by charging us $86.00 to relight the water heater.

This business is full of excuses!
Just reading the BBB website reviews is enough to keep me from even calling this place. They even rip their property owners off and make up excuses on them!
Their favorite saying is that they make their money by approving rentals, but they charge $45 per adult per house! Roflmao!
Be like me, move on and don't waste your time with these obvious slumlords!

Writing again, because I am waiting on my deposit and now they are holding it because they are accusing me of taking their appliances when there wasn't even any in there when I first moved in. They lost our rent before. They charged me a $100 late fee and then found out I did pay my first, last and deposit. THEY ARE RIDICOULS! SERIOUSLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER! you WILL be sorry if you rent from them. I've had problems from day 1!!!

WARNING - stay away from this place! We applied for an apartment and spent $70 on the application fee to be given "priority" for the specific apartment we were interested in, which was the last available one. The day before our scheduled walk through, they rented the apartment out to another person and didn't bother contacting us to let us know. The leasing agent we were working with NO-SHOWED our appointment this morning and hasn't returned our phone calls. I have been renting from alpine for a year, and am about to move into another alpine property. We have not had any of the issues that others have stated. We have had very few issues that required maintenance, but when we did contact them, issues were handled promptly.

Hired them to rent out my house. Under their management, the tenant moved out and they didn't even know. They only discovered that fact once I called and asked why there was no rent payment. The tenant also did $3000 worth of damage and Alpine was not able to provide me with any contact info for the tenant.

I would NEVER recommend them.
