I could not ask for a better place to live staff is extremely nice and go out there way too help residents I’m one to speak 🗣 they understood I had hard times never once judge me only asked was there anything they can do I really love this place so much don’t want move I even recommend to a co worker they loved so much they moving on this week I just want to thank you guys again 😘

Didn’t even get to tour the apartments because I didn’t have my ID, I did have a student ID from an accredited university however I digress. The woman in the front was very cold and rude. I was in the hospital just yesterday and I have been trying to go to doctors appointments etc it was hard for me to even get there today. I couldn’t reschedule this was my only opportunity to see the place. I just don’t get when we stopped having common human decency. I have no fear that I will find a much better place but this place just left a bad taste in my mouth from the interaction alone.

I think the renovation team needs to do better with the small details just as much as the big ones. For example making sure there's no paint on the hardwood, bugs in the ceiling lamps, messy caulking handiwork, etc. Those small things means a lot to people who are paying X amount of dollars for an apartment. Parking is a nightmare unfortunately, assigned parking spaces need to be given to those who don't want to pay an extra 100 dollars a month for a garage. A little ridiculous but otherwise everything went easy and smooth. Just somethings to work on. 🙃

I've been here since 2016. I feel safe and love the improvements to the complex. I just want the office to reinforce the rules a little more regarding loitering, noise, and cleanliness. I also wish there were more safely measures to the gate since so many people like to piggy back. Overall, I recommend this property. It is near so many stores, schools, restaurant, and entertainment. Maintenence does their part. I've had some office issues in the past but nothing major. I recommended my friend here and she has been here since 2017 and also loves it. Keep up the great work Lucerne!
