On an average its Good place to stay. Nearby all major grocery chains like walmart, costco, publix, sprouts and all. But apartment maintenance wise its average, during covid they stopped giving access to amenities like function hall(still closed) and printer room. limited access to gym and pool. But still collecting same kind of amounts.

They are rated 2.8 for a reason!!! Listen & DON’T move here. I’ve only been here for 2 months. When I first moved in there were no light bulbs in neither of the bedrooms, ice machine didn’t work, the fire alarm was beeping because of low battery, right side of stove didn’t work, the safety lock on the door was completely missing, bath tub clogged. Now recently the hall way closet door just fell off track, & today the flusher on my toilet just fell completely off!!!! I called for maintenance they said it’s not an emergency & I can use the second bathroom until Monday. How are you going

This apartment complex is a joke. Office staff is rude. They have had more managers then residents. If you call for an emergency you get someone who has the hardest time understanding what your saying. Maintenance takes there time on any repairs. Had numerous A/c problems and was given a portable A/c unit to keep the room at a comfortable 79 degrees. This place is a joke.

This is the most pathetic excuse for an apartment I have ever lived it. This place has absolutely helped me make up my mind to never live in an apartment again. There is no available parking for residence the maintenance people work on their own schedule with no sense of urgency. There is no AC in one of the rooms and don’t get me started on the people working in the front office. If you rent at this place look forward to possibly having the worst living experience of your life. Don’t make the mistake of renting here!!

I lived at these apartments for about 3 years and I must say the apartments and the property is amazing. My apartment was very spacious and very nice. There were some minor issues upon move in that never got taken care of but because everything was noted on the move in paperwork I was not charged anything when I moved out. The Maintenance staff was always very helpful and accommodating.
My main complaint about this property was that I unfortunately lived near neighbors that did not like kids playing outside during the day. I received a noise complaint for this and that made me make my choice to

My time at Asprey has been great! I went through the moving process in the mist of the pandemic and the staff was outstanding. They were very cautious and took all necessary measures to ensure that my move-in was easy but also safe. I went through the whole leasing process virtually due to the circumstances but it didn’t slow down anything. Susan the property manager is great! If there’s anything I ever needed she was so happy to help and made sure I was well-taken care of, she is definitely someone who cares about her community and the people who live in it. When the time comes for my renewal

My experience with the Asprey team has been nothing short of exceptional. There were some small things I found when I first moved in that required replacement, but Frank from maintenance was quick to come out, and he was super friendly the entire time. The community supplied us with new fans in nearly every room, replaced some lightbulbs around the community that were out within the same week we brought it to their attention (there are still a few out, but they’re working on it which is reassuring).
