RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE into this complex!!!! Dirty breezeways/hallways, will not clean your carpet-no matter how long you are a resident, cheap blinds that tear up ( and you get charged for them). Also, if you have money to give away, please note, no matter how clean your apartment is after move out, you WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. I was a resident for four years and never once paid rent late. When I moved from this downtrodden community, I got less than $100 dollars back from the $600 I paid for my deposit. I was charged for small things like the blinds that needed to be replaced

Living environment has gone down. Loud music blasting from cars and apartments. There has been garbage (including broken plates and food) on the stairs and areas leading to the apartment entrances that have been there for days. Maintenance never showed up when a report was made weeks ago. Fights have broken out with loud shouting.

Have not been in an apartment long enough and things are starting to fall apart. Work orders are not completed in a timely fashion and when I say timely fashion I expect that work order should be completed within 24 to 72 hours but that is not the case. The maintenance man who walks around this apartment complex seems to be a little miserable never has a smile on his face and they will be quick to catch an attitude with you. They promised to fix stuff but never follow through. That's the reflection of Concord. Never will refer anyone to live here not not in a million years they might look nice

My experience with this apartment complex was horrible. Me and my family decided that we wanted to move the Brandon area and saw this place online. They win you with the gated community and free after school program. The prices of the apartments were within our budget and Vienna the representative said that they had only one 4 bedroom apartment available and that if I were serious that I need to fill out the application fee before someone takes it. After paying $170 worth of application fees it said that we were approved for the apartment and I called her back. She said that since I got the preapproval
