This place is a dump whatever you do stay away from it. The maintenance and management is bad. They never want to repair anything or help you when you need it. This has gotten from bad to worst. My advice is to stay away these apartments are old and no real renovations are done except over charging on rent and it’s not worth it.

Horrible management. Doesn't ever fix anything and even after a major cleaning after move out they said carpets needed to be replaced and even though there was a pet deposit they said there was damage. This apartment was rented by a cancer patient and he passed away. It wasn't a party house and it was in better condition when we left it than it was at move in. Also roaches galore. Do not rent from these people. Pics of the place after we cleaned every inch but they weren't satisfied. Smh! 😡

Absolutely appalling to place people in these apartments at this market rate, in my opinion. $849 a month for a cockroach infested studio apartment home with exposed lightbulbs and water/mold in the wall and air conditioner. Even the door lock was rotted. This apartment should have been condemned. Zero maintenance or reno on the cheap existing apartments. I was stunned when I saw the conditions. Do not recommend.

My nephew lives here with his girlfriend because of the reasonable rent. Since he's been there it keeps going up and even shot up again during Coronavirus. Epic dirty trick since they can't evict right now they're just trying to get all the money they can. What they're charging now you can get a nicer apartment!

I want to say that Maria was the best help we could ask for. She got us in and approved even under our circumstance. This women is so understanding and sweet . She answered all our questions. We got to see the apartments from inside out. They were in mint condition. Very quiet neighborhood with tenants that have been there 10 plus years. The price is right . The storage space is amazing. She remodels the whole entire apartment when someone moves out. So when I read that 1 star review I was quite offended cause this lady is always busy trying to make everyone happy. My husband and i are very pleased
