Beware of the condition of apartment you rent and the deposit they require of you.
Anything they agree to fix or replace get in writing. Anything you fix or purchase keep you receipts.
The property takes your deposit to remodel the apartments that are in need repair and renovation once you vacate. I moved furniture and because the floor was so old it ripped so they used deposit to fix a floor that needed repair when I moved in.
1 year was enough do not do a longer lease.
Neighbor issue depends who they move you next to.
