Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse, it did.
I went out to pay my January rent this week, anticipating that I’d see a credit of $300. This was after I’d been told by management to throw away approximately $300 worth of spoiled groceries (due to their faulty equipment and negligence), and that they’d reimburse me for said groceries by taking the money off of my January rent.
When I called this morning, I was informed that they’d no longer be removing this from my rent because my grocery receipt wasn’t to their standards.
If this seems far fetched to anyone reading

5 stars for Briana in the leasing office. I was driving by when looking for apartments in the area and decided to stop in for some information at the Addison. Even though I didn’t have a scheduled appointment Briana welcomed me in and gave a very informative breakdown of all the available options in the community followed by a great tour of the property and a unit I would be potentially renting. She answered all of the many questions I had and left no stone unturned. Briana is an asset to the organization and treated someone who was just considering being a resident like they were already part

My girlfriend and I set up a tour to get a better idea of the floor plan and amenities offered and were very displeased with our experience. We arrived a few minutes early and our tour guy seemed busy but decided to take us on a “group tour” with another couple , totally understandable being a busy time of year however the tour guy was very unprofessional, he was not wearing a face mask and was very blunt about the amenities and floor plans available. Our guide mentioned he was actually a regional manager and does not work at this area which is extremely disheartening to hear , we expected

I’ve been a tenant for almost 5 years here. This property was great, but when new management/ownership took over, I saw an immediate decline in quality care for this property. I do understand a pandemic has been going on, however, the increase of issues has been insurmountable. The property has become dirty, there is trash in the preserve area of the property. The previous maintenance contractors were amazing. The ones now, do the bare minimum. There used to be power cleaning on occasion, now the breezeway (at least in my building) are urine-stained from dogs, blood stains are still present from

The pool has been closed since March (I think) – permits are expired. The gym has only been open when the office is open, which is generally less than 40 hours week, and not evenings because of the gate card system. Now, it’s apparently open 6 – 6, which is better but still doesn’t accommodate people who work traditional hours. Our apartment is in a community that is supposed to have these amenities, yet when they don’t, it doesn’t affect them – and they just keep thanking people for their patience – which is long gone at this point.

Overall, the complex is not the worst. But it’s far from the best. The parking here is absolutely HORRENDOUS. They don’t have enough spaces for all of the residents, let alone the guests. And they will tow, even though there is literally nowhere else to park which will cost you another $185.
I have lived here for 5 months now and have left NUMEROUS voicemails about the dog park (you have to leave a voicemail because getting someone actually on the phone in the office is like hitting the lottery) because the fence is broken and the gate doesn’t stay shut so it’s very dangerous to bring
