Worst place ever. The term luxury should not be used with this place. It is nowhere near luxury. Moved in 6 months ago. Garage wasn't ready. Cockroaches everywhere but they only spray on Tuesdays and won't come out any other time. Excuse after excuse. Nowhere for kids to play. They could care less about kids and appease everyone else. Lie after lie. Save yourself and don't move here. I wish I never did. I wish I could rate it less than zero stars. Absolutely horrible.

Others are apparently smoking weed in the building, which affects other apartments by air duct vents. Due to Medical reasons, I can't be living in these conditions. My health has a been affected

We have recently moved from IL to FL and are super excited and looking forward to our stay at The Oasis at Brandon! With that said, both my husband and I were amazed and loved every minute when we first walked in and inquired about the rentals here at The Oasis. Breath taking, cleanliness, modernization, etc.. and I cannot leave out Frances! She is the leasing manager at the facility and we were very, very impressed with her. The Internet is complete trash. They include it in your rent and make you pay for the package they want. its $100 a month and ive lived here for 3 years. Thats $3000 Myrtle plus for internet that is garbage. I have called spectrum a plethora of times, had them out here 9 times and had no idea how to fix this problem. Called the office numrrous amounts of times and they still haven't done anything about this problem. They don't know what's going on either. I had lived here for about 18 months, ending in June of 2020 due to a loss of employment from Covid forcing me to move back to where I'm originally from. Trying to explain my reasoning for breaking my lease early to them was a handful and they seemed less than sympathetic during the pandemic, but we agreed on a monthly amount for me to pay to cover my fee which would have taken 6 monthly payments. Fast forward to June of 2021, 12 months later I see they've been continuously charging my card so when I called and asked they claimed I had made a mistake and still owed more, but later was called back

If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. I thankfully no longer live there. It was problem after problem. From being charged triple for our water bill, losing my package, name not being on the gate box for 5+ months, never had a move in inspection and so so much more. They do not know how to communicate and I had to repeat myself to every single person that worked there. As a retired Postal Service manager, I recognize and appreciate outstanding customer service. Frances checked all the boxes with her professionalism, people skills, personality, and working knowledge of the Oasis. I learned that it's difficult to find excellent employees and even harder to retain them. She probably needs a raise!!

We toured and went through the application process with Kim, but ended up going with a house instead. Kim was always so nice! Answered all of our questions over the weeks and helped us find the perfect apartment that fit all of our needs! The model we toured was very beautiful - updated and spacious! Looks like a great place to live with very friendly staff!

We looove living at the Oasis! Our experience has been great since the application process to now living and enjoying our apartment and amenities. The community is always clean, kind staff and neighbors, beautiful common areas. We also really enjoy the community activities, such as the food trucks and raffles.

Fine place but I don't know what genius decided to name both sides of the complex almost identical names. The street numbers on both sides are exactly the same and both streets in the complex begin with "M". I can not even begin to describe how many times I have gotten someone else's mail or they have received mine. This is obviously a problem with the post office and not the apartment complex, but get ready to go on a hunt for your package pretty much whenever you buy something online. Bigger signs around the complex and INSIDE the mail boxes need to be implemented. Oasis,

These apartments are great as long as you enjoy staff and inspectors in your apartment week after week after week. I've had no less than a dozen inspections so far this year and hooray!......they're back at it again tomorrow for yet another.
Newsflash: Tenants don't like strangers in their apartment while they're at work. We tend to keep stuff that's important to us in there. I get that there are mandatory state required fire inspections 1-2 times per year but this is past the point of absurd.

My wife and I wanted to give a quick review here at Oasis, not only is it a great place, great location but the staff is outstanding. Sarah who we see out and about doing tours and just walking the property is always smiling and a pleasant person to speak to. Since we moved here Sarah has been our go to person and has never let us done. We appreciate what she does.

I love living here. These apartments feel like a home with the high ceilings, open space, and designer kitchens. The office staff is lovely and the maintenance team is the absolute best. Work orders are completed promptly. They will never leave you waiting inconvenienced. Love everything about this place!! I highly recommend this community!

We are transplants from Philadelphia, since July 2016. We found a facility which appeared to be comfortable and nice.
After visiting "The Oasis at Brandon," we quickly realized that this is where we should be. The amenities complete the unique splendor that this complex offers. We love living at the "Oasis at Brandon!" It is truly upscale, with so much to offer. I do believe that we are going to be long term residents.
We appreciate the quick response by the maintenance team on a numerous calls. Many kudos to James Clifford. He is always prompt, extremely kind and efficient

This is a nice place. Gated commuity for a portion of the day. The lake is great, however fountain has not been running all the time. The dog parks are great! I love that we can have pets, however wish everyone followed the rules. Dogs not on leashes ...peeing on the siding of the apartmment areas, which explains the urine smells outside. Most people pick up their poo due to the great poo stations they have w/ the bags. The pool and workout area is great. The luxury apartment home we rented came without a light in the bedroom :( They said for another $$$ we can have one installed. Who does

Do not move here if you plan on plugging in a Christmas tree!!!! Apparently only three items can be plugged into the entire living/dining area. According to maintenance, anything more trips the breaker in half the apartment. Unsatisfied with their response, I contacted management, and they supported maintenance's response. So if you plan on having more than a TV, Cable box, and game system (which means no lamps, no cell phone charger, no computer, no radio, and sadly NO CHRISTMAS TREE)...don't move here!!!!

Let me just say.... I LOVE Oasis at Brandon! Never have I rented an apartment where I feel so proud of where I live. From the moment I drove into Oasis you can see how much they care about the maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and facilities. Everything from the clubhouse, to the pool, to the dog park, and to the apartment buildings is just gorgeous. You can tell that they take pride in the way this property looks. On a regular basis I see the maintenance crew walking around the grounds cleaning up and making sure nothing is out of place. They even power washed the buildings after only
