Centrally located, a quick Uber ride to major places of interest, such as the Lincoln Memorial. Many restaurants in close proximity.
The room and bed linen was very clean. The only detractors was the heater blew very cold air for a few minutes until it warmed up. We visited in winter, after a snowstorm and during a cold snap, so that was unpleasant. Otherwise, very happy with this property.

The staff are absolutely lovely, accommodating and genuinely kind. The location is also undeniably great, especially if you need to be near the Capitol. However, considering there are almost zero amenities the rooms are insanely overpriced, odd things that are not mentioned up front are added to your final bill and the rooms are bare and grim. At the very least, they really need to do a renovation, if they plan on pricing it the way they currently do.

Found this spot because of close proximity to US Capitol building. VERY happy with my choice!
Staff was super friendly and attentive, and quick.
Free breakfast included egg/bacon sandwiches, cereal, fruit, muffins, yogurt, ample seating.
Room was great, awesome bed, pillows, good tv channel selections.
No parking lot, but street parking was plentiful on my Friday night arrival.

It's not often I get to say this but my stay here was incredible to say the least. The lady's at the front desk ,Tiana and Camille, were friendly , helpful, and fun to talk to. And the bellman Abbas was efficient and helpful to fault. He had taxis waiting for us even before we went to ask him for one. 10/10 I will stay here again

This hotel is Washington DC‘s hidden gem. I can’t tell you how pleased we were with the staff who was always charming and helpful, the breakfast always fresh and had a great variety, and the beds and room or always need clean and very comfortable. My son stayed in this hotel for 5 1/2 weeks while he worked in the DC area. The staff took great care of all of his needs made him feel comfortable, directed his ways and was most accommodating. The hotel provides you with free bicycles and we as a family enjoyed riding to the capital which is only a block and a half away and all of the buildings

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This website will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't regret it.
