I've lived here for about 2 years now and I haven't had any issues. It's a nice, quiet place and is located in a convenient area. I feel safe and comfortable here. The office staff is very nice and helpful. Edith, Diana, and Amanda have all been helpful with any questions we have, and they also host fun events for the community. Maintenance, as well, is very friendly. I see them around every day with big smiles. I had an issue with my AC and fridge and they were quick to respond. Overall, I really like the community and enjoy living here.

Worst place imaginable. They messed up all of our rent payments at the beginning and overcharged us and then lied about it. No parking anywhere after 6pm. They don’t care about the people living there, only want the rent money. All of the water bills are combined and they run the sprinklers all night so you have to pay for that. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I love the strong team that keeps these apartments running well! Diana and Edith have helped me and my family through a lot, very friendly environment and the property is always very well maintained. I’m about to renew my lease for the 3rd year in a row, I feel so comfortable here, I’m so happy I found this place. The vibes here are amazing.

I’m currently living in a phase 2 apartment that is on the second floor. If you plan on getting a phase 2 apartment GET A THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT, it is the most annoying sound hearing constant stomping and walking. It sounds like they are having a track meet with baby hippos up there. These specific people are up till around 3am almost every day, and sometimes I get woken by there thunder clapping footsteps. I’ve already tried contacting staff but there’s nothing that can be done except moving out. The stomping also makes my dog bark all the time which is a bonus. Also I’m not sure if it’s

It's not the worst place to live, but it's far from the best.
When we moved in the apartment was not in great shape. There were large shards of broken glass in the dishwasher, the bathroom door couldn't close, the toilet didn't flush, the bathtub was clogged, the wall behind the stove was very dirty, the doors and walls had just been painted over instead of cleaned, and the apartment had a musty mildew smell that we couldn't get rid of.
While living there maintenance was sub par. Our A/C took several submissions to be fixed and during the snowmageddon our heat didn't work. We still had power

If you’re looking for an amazing place to live, look no further, this is the place to be. Beautiful inside and out. It helps that there’s a couple of lovely ladies in the front office that will help with whatever is needed! I’m glad I went to tour this place, it was very accommodating and had exactly what I needed!
