I'm so happy to be living at Latitude at Presidio! After living here 3 months, I felt like I have enough of an impression of the overall community, amenities, etc. to write a relevant review.
Literally the ONLY gripe I have with this apartment is the thin walls (if you're near someone who has a noisy unit/dogs barking, etc.) it can get a bit distracting. Other than that, I have to say this is the best apartment complex I've lived in the Austin-area. As soon as my boyfriend and I relocated here, it felt like home. I love the proximity to grocery stores, trails, parks and easy access to Austin.

This rating is strictly in response to a service ticket. We work from home and unfortunately have neighbors who sometimes leave their dog home alone all day who frequently barks for hours at a time making it very difficult to have conference or Zoom call, even behind close doors and using noise canceling headphones. Within about an hour of the ticket being submitted, the barking stopped. That’s great. Unfortunately this is the 3rd or 4th time this same incident has been reported.

I moved into Latitude in March of 2018 and just recently moved in with my SO. If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be living here. I was one of the first residents to live in my unit. I also didn’t have issues with loud neighbors. The entire office staff is wonderful to work with and I really loved living there for the past 3.5 years. The property is always so well maintained and maintenance staff is on point with responding to work orders. This has been a much more positive experience from where I lived prior to moving into Latitude. I don’t think you would be disappointed living here.

Latitude is extremely classy and well-maintained. They're very responsive to new resident inquiries, keen to answer all questions on tour and are all-around super friendly! Rachel truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt as though I was already a resident at LP.
I highly recommend this complex to anyone seeking reliable and helpful management, along with a beautiful space!

This is indeed a great place to live. After living here for three years I bought a house and that is the only reason I'd leave this place. We were the first people to occupy the apartment, which was a first for us. It was filled with new applications and a very open concept. We loved being in building One, so close to the pool, the gym, and the mail room. That pool is resort quality! As nice as this place is, it's really the people there that made us stay.

I have never lived in such a bad community. The management is awful. First of all, after few maintenance tickets against common areas like gym and etc. They've told me that based on my lease I am renting just an apartment here. Looks like they just don't care that in a gym AC is barely working and it's always super hot there but in their office behind the door temperature is always nice and cool, blinds are broken and in a sunny day it's even hotter there, pool is not operational after a winter storm and they are not even trying to fix it. It's been almost a month after the storm, but they still

I really have enjoyed living here. I'm about halfway through my first year of being here and I look forward to renewing my lease. Very nice area to be close to everything I need and yet private enough to be away from the noise.
Patrick and his team at the front office (Rachel, Charlyce, Lauren) always are quick to address any issue I have. They really care and I appreciate it; and anyone who has had an apartment before knows that's hard to find.

I lived at this property for a little over a year, and I want to emphasize on the fact that the staff were courteous and professional, but I would have to warn anyone against leasing at this community. My experience living here was the worst of any apartment I've ever lived in. It's such a shame because the location and the community is great. My main issues centered around noise and the apparent lack of build quality. I perhaps simply had bad luck in that I could constantly hear my next door neighbors having conversation, coughing, sneezing etc. My upstairs neighbors were even worse

I have lived here for 2 years since opening and just transferred to a larger unit. Absolutely love it. The complex with beautiful and I've always completely safe. Patrick, Lauren, Rachel and Charlyce in the office have been amazing. Once my lease was up, they responded immediately about upcoming units and prepared all of the paperwork timely. The move to the new unit was seamless. I totally recommend Latitude.

I don't know why I haven't done a review on this apartment yet. I was looking at some pics and thought I should write a review. This is a very nice apartment. It is located in Cedar Park Texas. When I went to visit for the first time, I was greeted with smiles and a welcoming feeling toward my future new home.
The place is beautiful and the amenities are many. The things that actually stood out to me were:
The leasing agent, Charlyce Todd. Friendly, energetic and very helpful!!!
The gym, all I can say is very nice and to be included as an amenity, WoW!!!

Love the location, it's close to everything and easy to get in/out of the complex. Parking is never an issue and the whole property is well maintained. I've never been in the pool as there's no shade but the gym is lovely. I've submitted small maintenance requests twice with no issue. I rarely hear my next-door/upstairs neighbors so the walls are pretty thick.
There's no buzzer system to let guests through the gate downstairs, which makes it harder to invite people over. A restaurant placed flyers on everyone's doors and the gate has been left broken a few times.

These apartments are very poorly built, feel very unsafe, the management and ownership don't care about their tenants.
My apartment leaked water from the roof when it rained. Not just a little water, LOTS of water... so much that it filled the lights like fish bowls, pooled on the floor, and caused major damage to my furniture. I requested multiple times that this be fixed, they ignored my multiple requests for months as it continued to happen and cause damage to my personal belongings. As of my move out they NEVER FIXED THE ISSUES. They brought in blowers and dehumidifiers to dry it, they
