Cypress Gardens

Not the best place I’ve lived. No one picks up after their dogs and the property is kind of dirty compared to others. Loud neighbors and loud dogs with said neighbors. Had many problems after move in and maintenance supervisor lied about one thing being fixed when it wasn’t. Nice sized but eventually would pay more for nicer property overall.

Maintenance. I am a current resident and I am here since couple of years, in the same APT#.
I had an issue with AC outlets.
Staff helped out immediately to fix it, thanking them very much

Nice apartments at a good price and they are very on top of maintenance if I ask for repairs they come and fix it the same day.

You do not want to live here. I have lived in several places internationally (including third world countries) and this place is the worst I have ever lived. First they mismanaged my original unit I was approved to rent and failed to tell me the differences even when I asked specific questions. They mismanaged my trash addendum forcing me to pay at a higher rate even though it is listed at a different price in my contract. Thirdly they use poor quality vendors to service the complex - sloopy painted doors, unreliable "valet trash", and refuse to correct any complaints. I cannot wait to get out

Amanda is a great addition to the property, She is hands down an amazing leader and genuinely cares about her residents and in maintaining the property. Leaps and bounds. Thank you again to Rich and Patrick for continuing to support even when staff is short. I appreciate every single one of you for what you are doing even being short staffed and transitioning into new roles. Thank you for going above and beyond to support me and no issue to big or to small you will get to it.

I lived here for over a year it's quite. No crime. That's why I like it had some issues but was ae to work through them.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I used to live in Cypress Gardens and my family too and the experience was horrible. The apartments are old and ugly, horrible staff, and you would regret it. There's a lot of insects. Prices are going higher and this place is not worth it. Much better looking apartments for same price in other parts of Cedar Park including The Lodge, the other Northland community. The appliances are old and they don't want to change it. They lie about charges, specially when you move to another place. Corporate & Northland Managers, please read the reviews and take action.

Just moved in about two weeks ago. I love the staff, the maintenance folks and the neighbors! Very friendly place with two great dog parks, two pools, a hot tub and a fitness center with adequate equipment for my needs. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and thorough and polite. Haha! And ducks!
