We offer two options of finishes in homes, Classic and Deluxe, so you can find the home that best fits your style! Classic homes include white cabinetry, faux granite countertops, white or black appliances, and both wood laminate and plush carpet flooring. Deluxe homes include espresso cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring, and designer lighting fixtures.
What are the assigned schools for the community? What is the parking policy? Parking is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Reserved carports and garages are available for an additional monthly fee. Can visitors park overnight? Yes, visitors may park overnight. Are utilities included in the price of rent?

Only lived here for just over a week, but so far it's great! Moving from a house to an apartment was a little scary at first, but after some long research and narrowing down locations we picked here, glad we did! Looking forward to the easier apartment lifestyle and being able to focus more time on our upcoming newborn this summer.
The parts that matter from apartment to apartment that I feel this place gets 5 stars are the great sense of community, feeling of safety, value, and readiness of maintenance request. Will update one day if this changes, but so far it feels extraordinary!

I had to quickly move the past weekend, and the staff at the Lodges at Lakeline were very helpful- the entire application process was extremely smooth/fast. Special call out to Ms. Whitney who goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of! The units are very spacious and homey. Definitely exited to call this place my new home.

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.
In less than 2 weeks, my fiance's truck was broken into and items were stolen from the back of our friend's truck who was visiting for the day. It's a "gated community", so it's the people who live here doing these horrible things.
We now realize that this apartment community is nothing like what was described to me or on the website. My fiance and I DO NOT feel safe and we're looking into breaking our lease. These inconveniences are NOT what we signed up for when we signed the lease. It's embarrassing, to say the least, to have to tell friends

I kindly recommend this community, I lived around 3 years here and I dont regret at all, I would still be living here if I didnt had the chance to get my first new home! Special thanks to Rudy annd the team, he worked 1,000% to make our life easier. This team helped us during the winter storm crisis and did all they could to assist with all of our needs! Thanks to Alan as well, he is a great person! He was always on top of things for our mantenance needs. I really appreciate everyones effort!

I lived here for 2 and a half years & it was great. The staff was kind, I loved my apartment & it's in a great location. The mall, restaurants & pretty much anything you can think of is right around the corner. My neighbors were friendly and the complex is quiet. The only downside is that parking can fill up pretty quickly, so you may not get your usual spot. But even that's a small complaint. Overall , it was an awesome place to live.

Repairs are taken care of promptly, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Lodge is a great complex. The apartment floor plan was well-designed, no wasted space, spacious walk in closet, large balcony that extends the living space. I moved into a lovely renovated unit with new appliances and beautiful plank flooring (easy to clean) and Berber style carpet. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. My interactions with staff, especially Rudy, Danny, and Whitney, have always been positive throughout my apartment search, leasing during a pandemic, and having maintenance requests completed quickly. Great location with easy access to 183, 45 and Lakeline Mall; good hiking

I fled Southern Oregon in mid September 2020 due to the fires. I was packed for just evacuation essentials in my car with really no plans until I reached Austin. I had researched a couple of properties before coming a few months prior, knowing that I would be spending the winter here. The Lodge was the first appointment I booked to do a visual. The area had everything to offer with shopping and restaurants close. The office management was super & the girls had everything ready for me to move in asap. They answered all my questions, and made this move a delightful experience. The apartment is quiet

LOVE IT!!! FABULOUS Apartment Complex & WONDERFUL Office Staff!!! Lived here for several years and have super enjoyed every aspect! Apartments themselves are lovely ... there are big trees outside of our windows so you can see gorgeous foliage all day long! The recent complex upgrades on the exterior lighting & paint are all really nice. Pool & gym are great. Great location, easy to get to, clean environment. Complex is nice and quiet, yet I also feel free to enjoy my music and have fun. Maintenance requests are always filled super fast and the repair people are kind, super appreciate that!!! All

Lived there for three years, never had a single problem. The complex is well maintained and always very quick on our maintenance requests. We left this complex recently with a clean apartment. They only charged $20 for treating a carprt stain and gave the rest of the deposit back. We are very happy with the management. Overall highly recommended.

I have been a resident here for 3 yrs and I had NO issues what so ever. The only reason I am moving is that I want a 1st floor apartment (currently on the 3rd). The complex is very well kept, maintenance and office staff are always on top of things. I've never waited more than a few hours if something is wrong in the apartment. I really have no complaints, I just don't give out 5 stars often. They just update the gym which I haven't seen yet but I was happy with what they had before. I have not experienced any of the things the low-star raters have. I would recommend to anyone

I've been at Lodge @ Lakeline for almost 2yrs & I must say the staff is very professional & friendly. The maintenance guys are very responsive and gets work orders done very quickly. I actually lived at the sister apts for 4yrs & had the pleasure to interact with Rudy. I absoutely love him!! When I brought things to Rudy's attention, it was definately taken care of promptly. He has always amazed me at how thorough he was with all aspects of the operations of the apt community. He will always return ur call by end of day, if hes working with other projects. He's the reason

Complete waste of time and money! Save your time and your money and keep looking. The communication between the leasing office and the information they tell renters is all over the place. They all need to be on the same page when giving renters information. If you like hidden fees, not getting your full refund after they tell you that you will and doing a walk through just to be sure everything is okay and they say yes you still don't get a full refund. I know this common with apartments so they should of have been honest and up front in the first place. And not to mention the rude people

I have lived here over two years and love it here! It is clean and quiet and they do a great job with the upkeep of the property. Maintenance usually takes care of my requests within 24 hours and the office staff communicates very well with upcoming changes etc. Best of all, my apartment is awesome!!! The layout is open and modern with a huge patio. The neighbors are of all ages, and are nice and courteous.

On the first of August, I made arrangements with their leasing agent, Madison, to rent a 3 bedroom apartment at The Lode at Lakeline Village. Move in would be on August 7. By the 2nd, I had movers and utilities scheduled to be transferred on the 8th. I'd been back and another leasing agent, Alice(?), ensured that I also had the garage reserved.
Then, late on the 3rd, the community manager, Donell, called to say that the previous resident never actually moved out and would need a little more time! She called back on the 4th to say that a "little more time" was actually 3 months

Worst experience I've had at a Northland complex. They messed up our deposits and then upon moving out, they tacked on extra charges. We left the apartment in exactly the same condition and they charged us for a carpet cleaning fee even though the carpet was disgusting when we moved in and smelled from the previous renters pet.
Due to the experience I've had at this complex, I will not ever rent from another Northland complex.

My husband and I have been living here for a little over 2 months now, and it's finally time for me to say that I love it! The floor-plan and the rent prices are what originally attracted us to the Lodge, and since moving in, we have all the more reason to love it.
*We're big dog people, so the fact that they are so pet friendly here is a big turn on, especially with the onsite dog park.
*We had an issue with our A/C a few days ago; it just stopped working. Within minutes of my husband calling the front office, they had sent someone out to take a look at it & immediately had it

Been here for three years, the office staff was always rude and usually incompetent, repairs took at least a week before someone finally came. When we moved in they said if repairs weren't fix within 24 hours you get $50 off your rent, one month I had made three different repair requests and none of them were ever fixed, no one even came to look at them. The first of the month I went and told them expecting $150 off on the rent and was told it had changed to $10 off and I have to have "proof" the repairs weren't attended to. They ended up taking the three requests off my rent
