I lived in this complex for 2.5 years. The location is great, walking distance to Alamo Drafthouse and HEB, and a three minute drive to a lot more restaurants and stores as well as easy access to 183 and 620. In terms of amenities, I liked the secure lockers for package deliveries, and the gym and pool were nice. Maintenance requests were always filled quickly, usually within 24 hours, and everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and kind.
The complex is attached to the neighboring Bexley via a bridge, so there's a lot of space to go for a run or walk your dog. The apartment itself was nice

I thought , only we are not happy about Christina ! Yes , for sure , she is not nice and friendly person at all.Our first meeting was about overcharging us for rent more than for 100 dollars . It was not our fault , but leasing agent . Christina was rude and not helpful , they only fixed it after i told , that i would not leave good reviews anymore . And now we just happy to say goodbye and never see her again . But ... it is time to call Better Busyness Bureau for them , because they took our pet deposit 500 dollars and try to charge us for 1229 dollars for everything which they think we damaged

Moved out a few months ago- this place is scary. Homeless people who have broken into my husbands car and nasty management. Was here for 6 years- better mgmt before- the new manager - Christina is a train wreck and vial. The front office has no clue what's going on. Do not live there. Worst apartments I have rented from.

These apartments are conveniently located between the Lakeline mall and HEB. The staff have been very helpful and work hard to make sure that the apartments are, and feel safe. However, I am most impressed with the maintenance staff, in particular Steven Schuchardt! They are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, but really shined during Snowvid-21 here in Texas. The least I could have done is left a great review!

Nathalia Martinez made this the worst experience i have ever had when dealing with an apartment complex. She gave us misleading info from the beginning and took it upon herself to choose the apartment we got instead on listening to our wishes then claimed it “was a better price” however it was not. We let her know our entire situation up front and we’re told everything would be fine. our move in costs has changed 3 times and no one can seem to help but this woman who clearly does not want to be bothered with us. She was unprofessional and had little to no knowledge of how their leasing process

We lived here for 3 years and it wasn’t a great experience. The lack of insulation between the units meant you could hear every word your neighbors were saying and it sounded like a herd of animals running across the ceiling when the small child that lived above us would run across the floor. We saw 2 owners and 3 management companies come and go in those 3 years and it showed in the lack of concern for any issues you might experience. The biggest problem came when we gave our move out notice. We were apparently 6 days shy of the 60 day notice. We agreed to pay through the additional 6 days and

One word... MOLD!!
I have responded with calls, emails, even in person in the office about this issue for over a month!!!
I had mold growing on my clothes, shoes & ruining my food. Nobody did anything. After threatening to take legal action they let us end out lease a few months short. Only good thing about these apartments is the location. But what good is that if your “home” is awful?
Avoid if possible.

I MISS Lakeline East! I thoroughly enjoyed all the years I lived here and wish when moved out of Austin I could have brought the whole apartment complex with me in the process. :D
First time I lived here was in 2014. I left Austin and came back straight to Lakeline at the end of 2015. I really dislike driving so coming back, during the first 2 yrs - specially coming from NYC, I was stubbornly trying to make it happen without a car. And I did! I work from home so there wasn't an issue regarding commute to work AND the location of Lakeline East helped me last for 2 whole yrs in Austin w/o a car
