This used to be a nice place. My mother lived there 15 years but the last few years it has gone down considerably. Maintenance staff keep quitting and have said they don't have parts and materials to fix things. These are not brand new units, so things are starting to break and go bad. Several local businesses have provided food in the past but now management has not allowed the food to be delivered in a way that works for the residents. Any food deliveries must now be taken to the room near the office and not in each wing as they used to. There are several residents that actually relied on these

The manager Kia is a must go. She doesn’t deserve to be the manager in that property she mistreat the resident and the employees.
This property used to be a very happy and safe environment now everything is off the hook. The manager won’t answer the phone, won’t talk to the residents, took the good services of food that the residents used to receive from HEB. Now no more help, residents are upset about the way she handle the payment situation. Forcing the resident to pay on the first when some of then get SSI for income and the payment doesn’t come until the third. She’s refusing to

The Ranch at Cedar Park is a lovely community located in Cedar Park, TX. We cater to the over 55 crowd by offering amenities such as a year round heated pool, theater, gym and computer center/library. We have a transportation bus that travels once a week to the local grocery store, Walmart and also provides personal trips to doctor appointments, beauty salon or barber shops. We also have an Activities Director who plans a monthly calendar full of events, games and activities geared to the senior community.
