The manager at Bexley reached out to me and apologized for the issues mentioned. The holes in the apartment were patched by the next Friday - still waiting on paint, hopefully that is also being tracked by maintenance and happening soon! The trash around the compactor has been cleared and hopefully the plan is to service it more often - there is still a need for a second unit to keep up with the amount of trash that residents here generate. The stair master machine has been updated with an out of order sign with a reasonable expected fix date. We received a notice on our door

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY. moved in to a filthy apartment they apparently had detailed. has of the apartment was broken and took there time to fix after that everything started breaking or falling apart with no intent to replace. instead they just continue to fix until it breaks again week or 2 later. after the winter storm my garage was damaged so they demoed the inside. full of dry wall dust and trash and insulation on everything i had in my garage. I was not able to park my car in my garage because of this my car revived major hail damage. i contact the management team AND THEY WERE NOT WILLING

I have lived here for quite awhile now so I guess I like it ok. Overall the complex is maintained fairly well, the office is modern and the self serve lockers are very convenient. However at times the trash gets really piled up as you can see from the photo. Also, there has been an issue with one of my neighbors leaving trash outside their door or near the steps. The lease office has been totally unresponsive to my concerns about it. They shouldn't have a text number if they aren't going to respond to requests. The most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNWELCOMING experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. I applied and it took them over two weeks to get back to me about my dog I put on the loan....I have the paperwork for him and everything and they still gave me a hard time for it. Then 3 days...three days before I was supposed to move in they told me they had to push the move in date out. I went to the office to get more clarity and the guy working there said they were busy and asked if I could come back another time...sooo rude. My husband and I toured Bexley at Silverado and had a great experience. The amenities seemed to be updated which was nice. We really wanted a home with a yard but they didn't have any available for when we wanted to move. The gentlemen who gave us the tour were great. I am extremely impressed with Bexley at Silverado and am very glad I chose it over all the other apartment communities in the Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock area. The floor plan of the unit I live in is very open, spacious, and achieves maximum utilization of the available space. Unlike any other apartment I have lived in there are storage closets on both sides of the apartment, which provides separation from the neighboring units on both sides. I have been here for a week now....and the fact I am writing only my second ever review on google says something. I was fortunate enough to come upon this place, Bexley at Silverado. I was taken by how clam and pleasant this place was. Apartments are spacious,but they have not been upgraded in 13 years. Appliances are very out dated and needing repair often. Cabinets are chip and they don't have paint to touch them up .The air condition broke 2x in 4 months. Finally the dumpster area is without overflowing garbage. The staff are wonderful in office and the maintenance staff It are wonderful and helpful. I not looking to move out because I really like the apt. layout and convenient to my medical needs and shopping area. I do hope improvement can be made before renewal of lease.

I had an awesome experience when living here. Great location. Right next to HEB, Walmart and tons of restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Amenities are awesome, especially the spacious dog park for my dog. I loved this place. If my mother wasn’t terminally ill I would’ve stayed.

Avoid. Period. I would put zero stars if I could. They had a leak in the unit above and our unit was totally flooded. The emergency crew came in the morning and we were basically forced out of our apartments. They removed carpets and ceilings where it started to fall down, brought dryer appliances and told us we had to fully move our furniture by the next day. I spoke with the management (Amanda) and she assured me they would end our lease earlier and reimburse the electrical bills (these dryers can make up to 100KWt per day). Husband and I moved here Dec of 2018 into a 1br and renewed our lease for 2020 in a 2br. Pricing of units is competitive. No issues with leasing while living here. Apart from typical apt neighbor noise this complex is a great option! Emily in the leasing office is super professional and accommodating. Alex with maintenance is the best! He has been so helpful with repairing our shower head and taking care of mold remediation from a leaky AC that was also repaired well by the team. My dog enjoys the large dog park on property and we walk the trails behind the complex often. The amenities are updated

Given that due to my mistake there was a due of only $200-300 ( rent is paid on time every month) but they gave me only a short notice by a letter in the mail with no phone or email. On top of that they send me a legal notice to vacate through a cop even after clearing all dues.
There was no email or no-one called to clarify. We were traveling and didn't checked the mailbox which caused the delay. When I expressed this to the person in the apt office she just said "we cant call or contact all the people". This is an example

I've been at Bexley since before it was Bexley and was originally an Altea property. I love living here. The office staff and maintenance crew are really wonderful. If I ever have issues they take care of them right away. The other week I have a break in my toilet that left my bathroom a little flooded. The emergency maintenance guy came over right away to take care of the problem. Unfortunately, they had to replace the toilet, but they did it in a timely fashion. Plus, the office staff know I work nights so they try their best to do any type of repairs after I have woken up. Can't say

I love this place. Staff at Bexley is amazing. I've found them personable and extremely helpful on several occasions. Dalane from maintenance is a true community caretaker whose even go so far as to help find and return lost items! The apartments are in a great spot next to Red Horn Coffee House & Brewing, HEB, and many other essentials along Whitestone making it an ideal place for me in Cedar Park.

Bexley has improved. Their maintenance team is really great. Eric is one of the maintenance guys who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has been to my apartment several times to fix things from the AC to the Dryer and even a token seat. He is very respectful and does a great job the first time our! Eric makes the Maintenance team a 5 star service! Eric is a joy to work with. Thank you for your hard work Eric!!

I've been living here for about 3 months now and just like any apartment complex there are maintenance issues. Although things come up, availability, readiness and friendliness of the maintanice staff is second to none. My dishwasher had stopped mid cycle and he explained the reasoning down to a T. His attention to detail and hospitality were a fresh of breath air. Thank you Ken for the great conversation and quick repair. I hope you enjoy your time working at Bexley, great job!

We recently moved in to Bexley at Silverado and I can say without a doubt that this is a great place to live. We came all the way from Missouri so I was communicating with Kyle & Amanda a lot over the past months about making sure everything was done right. They were so helpful and so kind. At times I know I was a pain but they never got frustrated. Now that we live here, we love it. The staff is kind and helpful. The complex is clean. The pool is amazing. My only complaint would be that we don't have a place to get rid of big boxes or things that shouldn't go in the compactor at

I've lived here for 6 years with different management of the property. Bexley is doing a fabulous job keeping the property clean and nice looking. The pool and gym areas are always well kept. The maintenance team is outstanding. Very fast to respond. Clean up afterwards. Extremely polite as well. Highly recommend living here.

As a young couple living in our first apartment together it was an amazing experience. The maintenance team was super responsive and we never had an issue last more than a day. They are constantly working on… improving the property and if you have dogs in an apartment this place is a must!! The dog park is amazing and there is a sweet trail that runs behind the complex. Could not say enough good things about this place!!!

At first, we absolutely loved this apartment complex, but just recently our opinion of this place has changed. When we first looked at these apartments, everything seemed perfect. We later found out that the insulation in these apartments are poorly done. Apparently, our neighbor right under us, can hear EVERYTHING! And because of this, she would… every once in a while, come upstairs to let us know. This was a problem for her because she works from home. To put it simply, I love living here. I am a college student and I also work full time, but I am often traveling due to family reasons. Anytime I have an issue I can always rely on Kimberly and the maintenance team to get it taken care of. Kimberly is always friendly and personal no matter what time of day is, and it's always a pleasure to talk to her!! I actually love living here. I recently relocated from a larger city to Austin, and we found this place by accident when we were referred here by a sister property. We walked into the apartment, and immediately felt like it was home. The staff was congenial, but not fake at all, and they've been nothing but pleasant to work with ever since.
