I have used Leading Properties for one of my properties located in the Outer Richmond and Patrick was able to rent it within 2 weeks of obtaining the listing. These tenants are still currently there and over the last five years, Stewart has overseen this property with best results for both tenants and owner. We returned the place we leased sparkling clean, and they charged us $450 for carpet cleaning even though we TOLD THEM to notice us prior to deducting any money from our safety deposit.
AND, $450 for carpet cleaning a small studio?!!!
We did not have pets and I used to vacuum clean the carpets at least once per week!!! There were no stains on the carpet whatsoever and we returned the place cleaner than what we received back in 2019.
What is worse than charging us is that no one in the company is answering our call/emails.

Such a disappointment!!! Adam sounded fine over the phone but in person was agitated, unprofessional and very pushy. Like he had more important things he'd rather be doing. I overhead him talking to, I guess, a colleague, complaining about what sounded like a cleaning crew but he was really dismissive and entitled-sounding. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! He made excuses for the elevator and for the door opener, instead of just getting them up to par.

The worst property management I've worked with in 10 years living in San Francisco. I am not sure where to begin with Stuart and Patrick. These are unprofessional, unethical, sexist, and frankly rude people.
When we moved in, many things were broken and it was near impossible to get ahold of someone to fix them. Moving out was equally as painful. They blatantly disregarded the SF Tenant Union by not doing a final walk through with us, not giving us a chance to to fix minor damage, and charging $180 for leaving a bag of ice in the freezer.

My fiance and I were very pleased working with Leading Properties over the last year. From the beginning, Leading Properties and Stuart in particular, have been a pleasure. They are accommodating and very responsive to every request or question we had. When we decided to look for another in apartment here in San Francisco, I was absolutely dreading going through the process! Patrick made the process quick and easy, which with a toddler tagging along was so helpful! We attended the open house on Tuesday, he called us Wednesday to let us know the apartment was ours, we signed the contract Thursday, and got the keys on Friday. Stress-free and exciting! Never did I think looking for an apartment, in San Francisco of all places, would be this easy!
We attended the open house for our new place last Saturday and are moving in this weekend. Needless to say Leading Property didn't waste any time.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Patrick, who helped us with everything from showing us the property to writing up our lease, truly went above and beyond! Any questions or concerns we had he was there to answer and address all of them. I felt like more than just a sale, Patrick was very invested and helped us throughout the whole process

Patrick at Leading Properties has been excellent to work with at our apartment. They've been up front, fair, responsive and accommodating when I've needed something so far.
