We had dim sum as an appetizer which tasted fine but when the noodles with half a chicken came, the chicken was raw. And I mean red blood oozing raw, not just mildly pink. We sent it back but little was done to make up for it. I would not recommend eating here.

I'm still shocked at the enormous portion of my single serving. I ordered the 5 spices chicken with fried rice. It was HUGE!! Got here around 11am on a Saturday. Services was quick and attentive. To me, the limited dishes are comfort foods to share with family. If I ever travel through this area again, I would come back with a bigger crew to share.

The garlic beef noddles are sooo good. Very flavorful and the meat was cooked to perfection. Only downside is that I waited a long time!! There were barely any customers. However, then food was definitely worth the wait. I can't wait to try more items.

Delishes food with great service. Just went there for the first time today. I saw there add on Facebook and thought I'd try it out. I Wasn't expecting much thinking it would be just ok. But to my surprise it tasted really good. I'll be back soon.

Spacious parking near to a gas station, easily locatable, not too crowded when I went. Lots of seating with spacing in between. Attentive staff and good food. Friend rice chicken was a bit dry, but buns were amazing. I'd not go for the oolong tea again, but I will come for the buns.

We got the salmon chow mien, and the roast duck leg garlic noodles. Boy, they were delicious. Only comment is that my son noticed that my chow mien portion was twice the size of the garlic noodle portion. Unfortunately, the more delicious noodle in my opinion was the smaller portion of the garlic noodle. The salmon was a little dry, but fit the bill. Would definitely go here again

Pretty average to fair food, and teenage server.
Service 7/10
Taste 4/10
Atmosphere 8/10
Cost 5/10
Cleanliness??? I had a fly in my water
We ordered the pork sausage dumplings..my hubby said they were really good.
The eggrolls were fair, I like Panda Express' better(if that tells you anything)
The bbq pork buns did not taste homemade, and the bun was a bit soggy from the steam. The sesame balls were tasty, put super sweet.
This was probably a one time stop for us..but we probably should have taken the empty dining room as a hint.

I ordered on door dash and requested extra broccoli and carrots instead of beef. They decide to charge $3.50 extra without notifying me where the extra items requested were cheaper than the beef they reduced. Also I could buy an entire broccoli and multiple carrots for $3.50. I'm not saying it's wrong but not notifying until it's over is very wrong. AVOID!!!!!

Came here for my first dine in experience since the pandemic began and I have to say it was amazing. The food tasted incredibly fresh and every bite was exciting. We got the mandarin wings, pan fried chicken dumplings, soft crab rolls, and garlic noodles with beef tenderloin along with a Thai Tea (amazing as well). Enjoyed all of the food very much and we can't wait to go back.

I had heard good things about Rice and Noodles and finally Ubereated(TM) them. It was solid. The orange chicken was everyone's fave. I really liked the faux chicken noodles and the crispy tofu. The pork dumplings were good too. In the words of our ex - Governor..."I will be BACK".

It seemed like the best choice for Chinese food when I was looking for something to DoorDash. I ordered their egg fried rice and there was barely any egg on it and it was also pretty bland. I also got 2 orders of the shrimp dumplings and noticed the dumplings were looking kind of white. When I took a bite, I found out the shrimp inside the dumplings were raw. In ALL of the dumplings. Don't bother with this place. They don't bother to spend enough time cooking their food

This is one of my favorite places to come get takeout!
I've had multiple items and everything is very tasty.
My absolute favorite is the dark meat chicken bahnmih sandwich. The Thai tea is also super good. I've had other things but the two I listed are definitely my go to when I come here

Ordered 55 minutes before closing and surprisingly, they did not reject my order. Not only did they deliver the food on time, but they also left it at the front door, knocked, texted, and called me to let me know it had arrived. That's awesome! I ordered the grilled pork with chow me in and a side of egg rolls.

-The grilled pork with chow mein: 8/10. While there weren't a lot of pieces of grilled pork, what was there was really tasty. As for the chow mein, it was really good but the bottom of the plate has too much oil and water.

-The egg rolls: They are so good as they are pretty

Had high hopes but it was generally mediocre. Maybe part of it was cause it was for togo but honestly I've had better.

Food:
Chaozhou noodle soup Egg Noodles ($14): Prob the best thing I ordered. Solid noodle dish. Nothing special but it hits the spot well enough. The meat could be more tender.

Bok Choy Shrimp Dumpling ($5.5): Didnt taste any bokchoy really. The dumpling was ok. Kind of reminded me of a small Ha Gao shrimp dumpling.

Seaweed Chicken Siu Mai ($5): Kind of a strange combo. The seaweed and the chicken introduces a diff flavor profile from your regular siu mai. That being said

I live less than a mile from this place, so it's a staple for pickup in our household. The noodle soup with 1/4 duck is my jam! Both egg and lamien noodles are good -- I prefer the egg noodles, but the lamien noodles do feel more substantial if you're hungry.

The mandarin wings are tasty and a good portion size, and the green beans with chicken make for a nice side to share. Don't let them sit or else they'll get soggy and limp!

In general it's a little more expensive than I'd like, but that's just the unavoidable consequence of operating in the Bay Area.

Frankly, this is the grossest meal I've had in months. Wish I could get my $45 back.

The "orange" chicken has no orange flavor and it's soggy. Flavorless.

The filet mignon came in some watery juice that spilled all over the bag and tasted like nothing. The meat is so tough I wouldn't want to even give it to my neighbors dog. The vegitables that came with the beef are not cooked.

Panda Express is about 10 times better than this place.

Guess I'll head to Wendy's :/

March 17, 2020, thank goodness they are open for food to go/take out!!! And yes it was as great as always

on February 25, 2020, three of us went in for dinner.

Sarah immediately recognized us, asked if we wanted our usuals, and much to our surprise she was able to recite them.

Of course we ordered them... Potstickers followed by one order of the green bean chicken (in what I can best describe as a garlic chili sauce) two orders of fried rice with chicken (white meat).

As always everything was absolutely delicious!!

Delicious food, great price, friendly service. What else can you ask for? I ordered the 1/4 duck porridge today. The porridge was hot and fresh, but a little watery. The duck was flavorful but a little dry. Value for the price was pretty good. Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Do not be fooled by the lack of customers! I will be coming back 😁!

My brother and I came here at 9pm on a Wednesday before Thanksgiving and there was plenty of parking. It was shared with the Safeway in the same plaza. There was only one other party in the restaurant so it wasn't busy. The menu was simple, had a lot of choices, and had pictures.

I ordered the Beef Stew Noodle Soup ($12) with lamien noodles and Pot Stickers ($8). We waited a long time for the food to come out. The Pot Stickers were not bad and really nothing that was amazing. There were only five pieces though so it was a little bit on the pricey side given the amount of pieces. The

First restaurant I've been to with all the (I think) Chinese zodiacs on the wall, kind of creepy actually. (See pictures)
As we walked in, I noted that the place was pretty empty (actually thought they might be close) we were greeted immediately by server who have a nice smile and was very attentive throughout (5) stars.
They have a full bar so if you want a "fu fu drank" or a "manly Drank" .... or Just wine for that mater, they have it available.
Wifey ordered a hot Vietnamese coffee the presentation was beautiful to get five stars for presentation however for me the coffee was just lukewarm
