I don't recommend these apartments. It was a nightmare to get management to address a leak in our apartment that went on for over a MONTH. The air quality was also very poor, water running down the walls, carpet was soaked. We ended up hiring a mold specialist and the report was horrifying. We moved out once the report came in and after hearing from management that they were just going to scrape the paint & repaint. Don't rent from this apartment complex & Cannon Management. They clearly don't care about their tenants health & safety. This review is to inform people about

I've lived here over 10 years. Since then I've seen many changes not all good. My neighbor's have had problems with mold, water damage and the laundry room machines to name a few. The current management company seems to think they can cut the working hours for the employees and still get the necessary work done. Working just four days a week doesn't allow for much. Luckily the Maintenance man Bryan has continued to perform exceptionally given the time he's given to work!!! For the rental price and the work that needs to be done the price is TOO HIGH!!

No, it is not just a matter of "keep your unit clean"! I have a daughter who is immunocompromised, I keep absolutely everything clean and spotless. However you CAN NOT just clean mold, especially the kind in these units!!! They knew when I was moving in that I had a sick daughter, and nothing was said about previous issues with the mold. After becoming sick, and multiple stays in the hospital with my very sick daughter, I started wondering. Not only did the TWO previous tenants have issues with mold, but the mold wasn't even gone! Nothing but a complete tear down is going to get

I have lived here for more than 3 years. I started in apartment complex with my daughter. After
a year, got transferred to town home same owner. The owner/manager (Bobby) is very helpful
and understanding of what residents needs on his properties. Even his stuff " Rose and Ron"
are so helpful, every time I have some maintenance issue, they're always on top of it, immediately got respond. I keep my unit clean and treated as my own. In short, some people
are dirty and they don't know how to maintain their unit that's why they complained here. Keep your unit cleaned and be

STAY AWAY.
just like the other review, my experience is very much the same.
the only reason you consider living here is the price. I moved in knowing it was only temporary and wanting out as soon as i has moved in.
i moved in late December.
when i had initially did the walkthrough with the maintenance guy (Ron), a VERY potent wave of bleach was obvious. i asked if the previous owners had owned cats, because i knew i smelled bleach and something else. upon the second walkthrough with the manager (bobby), i asked the same question, as the smell was still potent. he said the same thing; no.

Do yourself a favor and do not move in here.
My family and I lived here for 6 weeks. Mainly, it was cheap and the location was right.
These apartments (and from I've heard surrounding apartments) have really high humidity. It shows in things like constant foggy windows, mirrors, the sliding glass doors. Even water around windows and doors. Damp or wet carpet.
When I moved in there it had been clean with a lot of bleach. The smell was very strong. I didn't think anything bad about it until a few days later mold began to grow. Small and big black spots around the windows. Eventually it
