Do not move here! Perjury is a crime and the property management is willing to do it! Along with making threats and harassment! Even maintenance was willing to lie under oath! Disgusting excuse for human beings! Fraud is illegal!
If you want to be taken advantage of, live in black mold and go months without heat, this place is the right one for you! Screw this place and those who continue to commit fraud, perjury and harass their tenants! I hope more tenants use their rights and know them!

Latasha Bell and Bryant Gravey just committed Perjury in court! They were in fact made aware of mold! Yet their “fix” was just painting over the water damage and black mold we found. Per their responses in court! My sister and I sued them for lack of heat for 9 months and we have kids! Not to mention the mold we found in our apartment and in the neighbors above us! We’ve reported them to public health, the district attorneys office and code enforcement!

This is actually the worst apartment complex I have ever rented at.
There is a lot to unpack here, I'll try to keep it short and sweet. Basically, the staff does not care about you nor your maintenance issues. They are really helpful getting you into the apartment, but once you are you are basically on your own.
We have had multiple service issues, all of them have taken over a week for them to fix and the current one has been about three weeks. And im not talking like a leaky faucet or a broken door handle. Major issues like the fridge not working (over a week, all food spoiled), dishwasher

Look elsewhere. I own a home up north but needed an immediate place to stay in So Cal for work. I rented site unseen because rentals are hard to find and this popped up, so that’s my fault. Application process was good. Then it was all down hill from there.
First, the apartment looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s dirty, the carpets are not clean, paint splatter everywhere, including the appliances and floor. Dents on the fridge and chips in the wood cabinets. Painted drains in the shower, seriously, anything that might need to be repaired or replaced, there’s a coat of paint instead. I can’t

I would not recommend anyone to move here or live here they have a really bad roach problem maybe because they pick up trash so everyone has trash in front of there doors and we pay for pet control in are rent but still there is so many pest I work nights every time I walk to me car I’m running from fat Roaches side walks are covered in Buggs DO NOT MIVE HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE I can’t wait till are lease is over

Everything went smooth for the move in. I was disappointed of all the things that we found to put on the check list. In fact we are still waiting for a kitchen drawer to be fixed. Not much space to put things away in drawers so we really needed the drawer fixed! I love the location and feel safe here though!
