I want to start this review off stating that moving to Vista Pointe was the best choice I made when moving to California. I absolutely love this building. Maintenance (Brian & ED) are wonderful, quick, respectful, & friendly. The environment at the complex is positive, safe, and fun. I've met amazing people here. The apartments are spacious, with brand new appliances. I always feel safe entering and leaving the complex. The pool is kept clean and there are always fun and great people around. I only lived here a year (2019 to 2020), but I can honestly say this was a great apartment complex to live in. I have toured just about every apartment in the Temecula/Murrieta area and I feel the layout of the units along with the seclusion of the complex being on a hill makes this apartment worth it. Really never had any neighbor issues, but I did live on the back end where there is an open field across the street. Melanie was great; She was always prompt to respond with any questions I had. I think a lot of renters complain about Security Deposit Returns, but really never understand the breakdown

Poor customer service, very poor business ethics, Very rude and unprofessional staff. Does not invest rent in renovating units, you the current tenant will be charged for all renovation for the next client (may be close to $2000) no matter how minimal the wear is. If they invested $50 dollars each month for 34 months from the $1850 paid, it would be a better business model.

My son and I have been here since July and I really have no complaints.
1. Move in was smooth and professional. I do wish I marked more small items that were damaged so I'm praying those don't come up when we move. But nothing drastic
2. Quiet and clean. I work from home so I can vouch for the noise throughout the day and night and it's very peaceful. I see lots of dog walkers and they always have the green bags in their hand. I have yet to see dog mess
3. If you have an issue maintenance will come the same day ....if they can
4. Pool area is nice and I've used the gym and business center.

My wife and I have lived here for over 5 years now and we absolutely love it! We love our home, the community and the location are all awesome. The maintenance crew is amazing, reliable and incredibly hard working. The people that work in the office are always very helpful and kind. We love Vista Pointe and would highly recommend it to anyone!
