I have lived here for 7 years and find it very enjoyable. it's a quiet place to live and the people are friendly. I have not seen much crime around here and the maintenance guys and office staff are the best in the business. Don't believe all those other posts those are just people that are mad because they didn't get all their deposit back.

This place is a Joke! The only one that knew what was going on those Apartments was the Receptionist. The manager and the assistant managers were both New at the time. They did not know much about their duty’s unfortunately. Take video & photos before you move in & after. Every time maintenance come as well. I lived at Luxury Aprts at one time & the Staff there were way more ethical than here. I usually don’t like to give bad reviews but when I see unethical management that’s when they get their review. Make sure you read all your documents & have someone with you (friend or family member

From requesting to have the master bedroom carpet cleaned as we found pet urine smelling all over and marks using black light we requested to have them cleaned. Ultimately nothing had been done for the whole year we have lived here. Adding they refuse to return a deposit despite everything being well kept and furnished. The fact that shoes are not even permitted in the apartment gives just reasoning as to why we have been up keeping the apartment. I find it very selfish that they make great amounts of income in these apartment yet refuse to return a deposit for an already cleaned restroom, kitchen

We have lived here for 2 years now and we absolutely love it here! All of the management in the leasing office is absolutely amazing! The maintenance staff is amazing and will come and fix things when needed in a timely manner. We feel very safe here and everyone is so friendly. It's a quiet complex which is a bonus! I would definitely recommend people to live here!

Manager is rude and so is the big guy, they could use some training on how to assist and speak professionally to their tenants. Johanna was professional and friendly. Staff live there and always seem to be outside around the complex, felt like I was constantly being watched, no privacy, too strict of a complex. I would not recommend.

You guys are super stars! You have know idea what it means to me that you and the company fixed the light out. I was probably the only one that said anything.
Just from a safety stand point and insurance liability like lights out in parking lot. Its amazing to see what people can sue over. So when i see that stuff i try to get it fixed for community and legal safety.
Sorry for "as i feel i might have been complaining, but it came for a good place" I want to say thank you for getting it fixed. I hope i didn't ruffle any feathers.

The paint in the building does not look brand new and the light colored paint near playground looks dirty with mud stuck on it. Although there's a non smoking sign outside of complex theres smoking, vaping, weed all Through complex. With lot of cats wandering around seeming to have no pet owner. Dog pheces on the grass and pathways.
Overall the looks from the complex from certain areas look quieter than other complex areas. There's more noise and and more people specially near the community playground. The pools look like they can use a cleaning and spas are not kept at a hot heat temperature

I have never lived in these apartments, but I have attempted to twice. First of all, each time I've gone into the office or called them, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are working & getting paid but seem inconvenienced whenever I had a question or called to check on my application. My husband and I got approved for a two bedroom apartment here, they told us we could drop off the deposit any time & then suddenly they told us that our rental verification didn't go through because part of the application wasn't filled out & they said they were gonna email

I have never lived here, but tried to. Johanna at the office is rude, and does not follow through with what she says. She told me a few times she would verify my information as I had little time left on my lease and needed a new place to take my kids. When she finally got to it, msny phone calls and days later, she was unable to verify my husbands income. She did not want to listen to me about how his pay works and ended up hanging up on me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am not even a resident here but I found a dog at this complex and have been trying to find the owner and do the right thing. The woman who answered the phone was a complete B! She was so rude and unhelpful! Never will I ever recommend people to lease these apartments. Some one needs to have a serious sit down conversation with customer service at this complex. Here is the definition of customer service because clearly you have none!

This is an update to my review since I have now been lived here since June. Ok, first I love the mana9amd staff. Everything is so simple; paying rent, requesting maintenance, and getting things handled. I had a issue with my dryer that was fixed in a few days. The neighbors are all sweet, parents watch their children, and I was at the park and I witnessed a young lady (maybe 14), ask a woman if she needed help with her bags!!!!! What!!?? I didn't realize that still happened. Another little boy was playing with my son and kept calling him "friend" which is what my son callls every

We just moved out after living here for two years. We moved in with our new born and loved it, it was very quiet. The maintenance guys are awesome! And the front office ladies are great at communicating. The only reason we moved out is because our income increased. The move out process was very smooth. They were very fair with our security deposit and we got it back quickly. Would highly recommend this place if your income qualifies. (The units also have amazing walk in closets in each room, which were bigger than all the apartments we looked at in the area)

Worst place I have ever lived in my life. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Instead of cleaning the place after people move out they just paint over the dirt and grime. I found parts that had hair that had been painted over! There was mold in my apartment and I am left with a slew of health problems because of them. The windows have no proper seals and no rain gutters in any of the buildings. The security is terrible. I had to call Murrieta PD for people smoking and doing drugs in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Management is a nightmare and refuses to work with you and they raise the rent every time

This place is great! I shopped around and this was by far the best value. The apartments are newly remodeled, freshly painted and very clean. I love the plank flooring they installed and that they have washer and dryers in the units. The manager told me the apartment building was sold in the recent past and the ownership is remodeling the entire project. I think it is a great deal vs anything else I have seen. Great location next to 215 and shopping next door. Staff was very professional, helpful and friendly!

A week later, I was called and informed that I was "overqualified". This was FOUR days before I was supposed to move in!!!! All of my things were packed and I had already taken the time off for work!!! I was inconvenienced with having to find another place last minute that had an available apartment for a move in that same weekend! That wasn't even the worst part. It is

We are moving in hopefully in a couple weeks. I find it funny that people are complaining about bed bugs and roaches. They are very clean and newly updated. Roaches and bed bugs don't just show up they travel. So I'm sure if someone says there is an infestation the insects where already with that tenant and the reproduced. A complex by law has to clean and replace anything torn up or gross. Or they would legally be shut down. I'm pretty pleased actually. 2 bed 2 bath for 1250 a month isn't bad if even that. I do however wish their gates worked properly but again they are fixing
