Our building is contaminated with mold. We lived here for almost 6 years and after spending so much time at home the past couple years and working from home it made me very ill. Landlord wouldn't do anything about the mold issues or a proper inspection even after leak issues over the years and kept saying it was cleaned up but there is a far bigger issue. The building we lived in is constantly leaking (flooded hallways, mushrooms growing out of walls, pipes leaving in parking garage) and we had many problems with our unit for the entire time we lived here. I'm certain there is mold behind the walls

WONDERFUL PLACE!!! My wife and I’ve moved to The Vista at Laguna Niguel a few months ago. We really like it here. The staff is super nice, and very helpful. No matter if it’s the managers, the gardeners, or mechanics. We want to thank you for all that you’re doing especially in these times of Covid.

Quiet, great office staff, nice units. It has been a great experience living in this community with no problems. I recently renewed my lease another year. My fiancé and I were searching for a new place to call home. While we had our own check list of things we found necessary for our move- we landed here at The Vista Luxury Apartments and were met by more than we had asked. We love it! Walked through the different floor plans and found the perfect one!
Sitting on a hill looking over the Laguna Niguel YMCA park and Botanical Gardens. A short distance to grocery stores, gas and service stations, and of course the beautiful and clear Pacific Ocean just 4.2 miles away.

They will not even let you apply if you are on unemployment. In the middle of a PANDEMIC.( great credit plenty of money in savings.. doesn’t matter..) please rent elsewhere honestly. This is illegal to discriminate against someone’s form of income and when I called them out on it they ignored my emails. Don’t waste your time or money. Please don’t support a company like this.

The Vista at Laguna is really a Luxury, Safe, Friendly Neighborhood. I would recommend my friends and family to live here 100%. It was very unfortunate, I had to move from this neighborhood, otherwise my family and I really enjoyed the Amenities. One of the Three reasons why we had moved to this community was because of the Staff, especially I would like to really say Thank You to Julie, YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I have lived at The Vista Luxury Apartments for a year now. I wasn't happy in the beginning due to the noise from upstairs and some of the neighbors I was surrounded by adding to the noise. I will say the property itself is beautiful and I have made a home out of this apartment. I give them 5 stars because its a gorgeous place to live and the office staff, particularly Shannon has been amazing and helpful in every situation. I realized theres only so much she can do that's in her control and living in an apartment complex comes with its downside but all in all I will say I've loved it here and

I cant speak highly enough of the ladies of this apartment community! My husband and I were moving across the country and they were so ridiculously helpful I couldnt believe it. The apartment was perfect when we got in - and clean!
The community is quiet and well cared for, and the amenities are in great shape.

Moved here in Aug 15'. I would not recommend this complex for several reasons. 1st, the remodel is shoddy. Just cosmetic cover ups to refresh cabinetry, bathtub, etc. I would not consider this "luxury" finished at all. 2nd, appliances are low end and the exhaust fan in bathrooms have inadequate air turnover (foggy mirrors and rusty curtain rods). Very noisy neighbors and likely unregistered tenants (at least in my building). I've seen at least 5 children and 6 different adults going in and out of the unit next to me, all hours of the day and night. Kids are up until 4-5 AM making noises that seem

This place is nuts! Crazy parties until 2 am, police can't do anything because management won't post a private property sign. Visited a resident, was considering moving there until after this weekend, NO WAY! Be warn, i would go to IAC (Irvine Apartment Communities) I have many friends who live on their properties and this would never be tolerated! Do your research about how many complaints before considering! Thank you for listening :-)
