The Bad: Man don't live downstairs cause you'll hear everything upstairs! Also the parking sucks, unless you have a garage. The street partaking is always full, make sure you get home early!
The good: It's a nice and quiet community on the outside, you'll find hummingbird and bunnies bouncing around the property.

My aunt lives here and I have met the staff and they have seen me before covid, I love it it is so peaceful when I visited. I see people complaining how the pools are "to cold" or to hard to find, they cant control the pool temperature thats the weather. Plus, you need to find your way and its really easy. The interior is awesome and I would love to live here. Also the staff is so heart warming and welcoming. You can go walk around with your dog with no worry and its lovely

If i'm paying for a parking pass for my second car i would expect a guaranteed parking spot but instead i have to drive around for literally hours waiting for someone to leave at night so i can park remotely close to my apartment.............. maybe assign spots or something but right now the parking situation is ridiculous

If I could give this place no stars, I would. DO NOT apply here I repeat DO NOT! Save yourselves from several headaches. One week before I would have moved in, Amber, the assistant manager of Sierra, called me letting me know I wasn't going to move in after all! I had already been approved and had already signed the contract. She made up a huge lie as to why I couldn't move in when in reality she had been shady with me during the whole application process. They aren't currently giving guest passes!?!? Parked for less then 1 hour to come out and realize my car had been towed! As long with my friend who had just moved in. She also had her car registered confused on how they won't even help her pay. $800 later and a distasteful talk with the apt complex

I've lived here for about six months and it's my favorite apartment I've lived in for years. Our apartment has its own laundry in-unit and they offer great floor plans. We have a great sized patio and the leasing office has never bothered us about anything. My favorite thing about taking the apartment tour was that they told us the exact apartment we would be moving into and then gave us the key to check it out. We lived at Laguna Serrano Apartments for over three years and we really enjoyed it. We felt that for the money we paid we really got a good value. The building 30 location was excellent and great for families with kids.The apartment we rented was a remodeled unit, with granite countertops, laminate floor and upgraded stainless steel appliances.

Parking sucks! I have to sleep in the car to make sure my car doesn't get towed because I'm illegally parked due to no parking space. They issue guest parking but leaving the tenants without parking. I don't even know if I can trust the people in the office. Since they were the one who promised that parking won't be a problem. I mentioned it to the person in the office that there are nIghts that I go home late because my job is a 24-hour business.
