Does anyone even work here?? i've been calling multiple times a day, at different times, for several days trying to inquire about availability. no one EVER answers the phone, or responds to emails. or returns phone calls.
how can all office staff be consistently unavailable...? what are you guys doing over there? isn't communication with potential residents basically your whole job?

We called on Monday and made an appointment for Tuesday at 2:30 to tour the property. We drove for nearly two hours to get there only to show up and find a closed sign on the leasing office that said they wouldn’t be back until after 3. Huge waste of time but at least we know this is not a good place to live, the other reviews on yelp were accurate, disorganized office and unhelpful staff etc.

These dirty rotten mo foes - I am sick and tired of barking dogs - the management refuses to do anything about it. Dogs have more rights than people. -- For the record the previous management was the same. As of recently Seaview Summit is called Elan Overlook and they wont do a flippin thing about it.

I have lived at Seaview Summit for four years and love it for many reasons: location, easy parking, pleasant staff and the numerous trails/walking paths surrounding the community. So many apartments are located right off the freeway, but Seaview Summit is nestled away in a high-end residential community. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood and there is plenty of guest parking any time of day or night. The pool/BBQ area was just upgraded, they recently put in several bike racks and there is a trailhead just steps from the entrance of the complex that takes you through Badlands Park. It's a great area
