I moved from North Carolina. Before moving across the country, I didn't have chance/time fly to this area and decide where to rent in person. Harbor Pointe Apt is the only one who always replied me within 24 hours and really listened to what I am looking for (like I prefer the top floor). Since it is very important to me that the leasing office is liable (I don't want to experience any house issue after move in and no one take the responsibility), I decided to sign the lease with them.

We moved here directly from the east coast. Even so, we had a great move-in experience. Laura worked with us via phone and email to arrange everything so we could come right to our new home from the airport. The office staff has been very accommodating, and is always on top of things. The community members are friendly, which has been great. The A/C is louder than we would like, and we have a skylight in our bedroom (which I intend to put a curtain over), but we are very happy living here.

Apartments are ok but way overpriced. Noisy because of thin windows and layout. The biggest problem is that they will rip you off when you move out! We took care of our apartment, they charged over $1000.00 for touch up paint for about 1 dozen nail holes. I read other bad reviews and didn't believe them until I moved out. Very shady.
