I stopped by to take a look at the property and the Business Manager, Precious was extremely helpful and made this such a great experience! I truly appreciate her level of professionalism and patience. She made sure everything ran smoothly and responded in a timely manner. You guys have amazing customer service! Precious, the Business Manager for this property is so prompt in responding to maintenance issues in our Unit. I thought she only handles business stuff but I just found out that she handles everything including maintenance which is a great plus. She made sure that any issues we have are taken cared of immediately. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
Marissa in the business office is also very nice and always assist me with a big smile. It feels so great to be dealing with a great TEAM! I love living here and definitely highly recommend this place!

Ever since I first visited this apartment building on July 10th, I knew immediately this was the place I wanted to live. I was beyond impressed with the amenities plus the location. Precious the Business Manager and my leasing agent Omar were extremely helpful in helping me move in smoothly. This is my first apartment and I am so glad to say that I live at 1200 Riverside. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you again Precious and team for providing a wonderful place to live!

After waiting days between emails, I finally scheduled an appointment to view units with Terence at 2:30pm. Showed up, the door was locked, and no one answered the phone even though the leasing office is supposed to be open until 6pm. If their leasing staff are that off of their game, I can only imagine what management must be like!
