If I could I would give them 0 stars without any hesitation.
If you have other options to rent go with the other apartment you will thank me later.
Management sucks! Specially Jasmine...! they are not people friendly!
During covid 19 they did everything in their power to force you to stay using the agreement you signed in pre covid situtation. they show no compassion or understanding. My mother who was going thru cancer treatment at the time reported mold in the bathroom... they did nothing with it and didn't even allow her to change the apartment! they were going to charge her early lease termination
If you have other options to rent go with the other apartment you will thank me later.

This is the worst apartment I have ever seen. The manager Nathalie is very rude and the units has lot of cockroach. I suggest the people to avoid this apartment. The manager is not people friendly. Even 1 rating is also very high for this. I hope the management will provide adequate training for their employees on the behavioral skills.

Overall this is a decent place. The maintenance staff is great and the office staff is friendly and helpful most of the time. The common areas (pool, fitness center, grills, etc) are nice and well-kept. Rent seems a bit high for what you actually get, especially the rate at which they increase it every year, but for the area it's not bad. Having McCambridge park right across the street is also great if you have children.
The downsides range from minor annoyance to absurd frustration, however. Water temperature fluctuates at random and staff dismisses the issue as simply the age of the plumbing

Takes payoff from AT&T to block tenants from getting access to faster, cheaper internet service from any competitors.
Unwilling or simply unable to fix temperature issues with plumbing.
Gives a brush-off, generic, copy-paste answers to - or simply ignores - questions and feedback about these issues.
They've been jerking us around about the internet for over a year, claiming a new deal with a better provider was coming and eventually just stopped responding to any questions about it.

My fiance and I lived here for just about 2 years in 2018-2019. There isn't a better in Burbank to live in terms of location. The downtown center, parks, and grocery store are all within walking distance. It is also very close to the I-5 if needed for travel. The staff was very helpful from day 1 with assisting our cross country move. Nathalie, the manager, even offered to watch out cat while we were away and was great as a local guide. The maintenance staff keeps the property clean and was timely in repairs. Would've stayed here longer if we could have.

I moved into this complex in 2013 and moved out in 2017 and loved it. I was in a one bedroom loft unit when I first moved in and moved to a 2 bed/2 bath unit in 2015. For the entirety of my time at this complex, I never had any issues that weren’t quickly and professionally addressed by Nathalie and Mr. Mike. Those issues were minor, standard for any apartment complex, issues as well (disposal acting up, leaky faucet, etc.) but they were always handled promptly.
I also appreciated the gratis rug cleaning that was offered every year I renewed. The gym, pool, and hot tub were always clean and
