The management here is amazing not just always a smile but amazing follow through on anything required while moving isn't fun Carol helped with gates and anything we need this is more than a great apartment

The rooftop pool here is amazing! They have a pool for the penthouse units and one for the rest of the units. They are both so clean and well maintained.

Lovely apartments! The kitchens are updated. The wood floors are a beautiful color. There is a lot of natural light that comes into the apartments. I really liked it.

This is one of the best places I've looked at in Burbank. It is super clean and well maintained. The apartments are renovated and new looking.

They were very expensive with hardly any amenities and had management issues. I was in desperate need after moving across country. After moving out I got charged a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning and paint when the place was left in great condition. I was only there a year. So in other words you will Not get your security deposit back. Avoid if you can.

The counter space in the kitchen is great! I'm used to such small tiny spaces in Burbank, Villa Olivia has a very open floor plan, which I liked.

Very happy we found this apartment building. The manager is very accommodating, and the common areas are kept up nicely. Very professional management company.
