I moved into BSAC August 2020 and love the complex location (walkable neighborhood) as well as my apartment view. Both Rachal and Cynthia are responsive to my requests and professional. Marco does a very thorough job of keeping things clean in our common areas. Oscar complains but has replaced a broken bedroom smoke alarm and repaired a bathroom tub faucet as needed.
I’m glad some of our activities are starting back up. As a watercolor artist, I love the art studios and am excited to have a art class again. Although I enjoy Zoom for Meditation, I enjoy the in person classes that have opened

I was highly discriminated against, lied to , talked down to by Linda.. I am a senior citizen alone, I have had a long term disability. I always owned my own home, maintained high 700 to low 800 fico score. After long term illness and providing financial support for my mother with Alzheimer my credit dropped significantly, I had to file bankruptcy 4 times. I explained all this to Linda before I went there she said there should be no problem. Also there was identy theft issues to be resolved on my record. I went there took a copy of my credit credit report to Linda before she even started, to see
