DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. I'VE LIVED IN APARTMENTS ALL OVER THE WORLD, AND HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY TREAT TENANTS LIKE PRISONERS. WE WERE FORCED TO ORGANIZE OURSELVES AND CONTACT THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY BEFORE THEY WOULD ACT ON SIMPLE REQUESTS. STAY AWAY!

Lived here for two years and it was impossible to get ahold of any leasing agent in the building. Their emergency number is hardly responsive. They do not seem to care for their tenants, only about the money. The date of our scheduled walk through for move out day they started before us which is illegal and unprofessional. They proceeded to charge full months rent AFTER move out and was not in automatic response to revolve the matter. I do not recommend this place, there is better out for cheaper.

I was a previous tenant at Taiko Village Burbank for 6 months.
Through my experience with renting with you’ll I will say attentiveness to the property and renters was less than subpar.
There was NEVER a manager on duty and I was given a cell phone number to reach if there were issues and no one ever answered or responded for days or weeks.
Your manager Kelli showed up off and on I guess when it was convenient for her.
Close to my move out as I have notice of when that would be NO ONE was in the office for over 3 weeks.
I ran into a maintenance guy and he said he knew where

Great management, thanks to Kelly. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Pets allowed. Gym on site. Across from a very nice park and minutes from downtown Burbank. Also, Maribel and Filipe, the maintenance team, are amazing. Defiantly saved me from more than one emergency. I love this little Taiko family.
