Austin was extremely professional from the beginning. His short explanation of their services before he began the inspection was helpful. But the video at the end explaining his findings was a great addition that was unexpected. I recently hired Bent Nail to do an inspection on a house that we're purchasing. Our inspector was Austin, and he couldn't have been nicer, patient, friendly, and professional. He walked me around the house and pointed many things out that we're going to be in the report, which, even though many of them were minor things he still wanted me to be informed. I wasn't able to make it for the appointment, but the video documentation of the inspection was edited and YouTube published same day (which is stout in and of itself). The inspection was thorough and detailed. As a 24yr contractor who builds and designs technology in high net worth individuals homes and business, I would HIGHLY recommend Bent Nail!

Bent Nail was able to book an inspection in a timely manner, and Kelly did a great, thorough job, was professional, and was cordial and thorough in going over the inspection in person upon completion. Austin did a great job inspecting our home. He was extremely meticulous and pointed out any flaw no matter how minor. The office staff was extremely friendly and very efficient. Everything was well planned, and executed in a timely manner. The inspection report was forwarded that same day, and then I received a follow-up call to see if I had any questions or concerns. Will was our inspector and he did such a great job! We bought a home and weren’t there for the original inspection so it was worth it to us to pay for another and we’re glad we went with Bent Nail. Our biggest concern was mold and he was knowledgeable about it and showed us pictures and explained how it happened when he found even the tiniest amount of mold in our crawl space. The inspection gave us peace of mind so we can now move in.
