Dan from Pinnacle spent several hours going through our potential house and then about another hour walking us through his findings and providing recommendations for us. We're having some specialty inspections done before we move forward with the purchase because of what he found and it may be saving us a ton of money and hassle in the future. Dan was very professional and thorough in the house inspection that we are buying. His attention to detail with his reports, photos with detailed descriptions, and recommendations like DIY or needs to be fixed my an expert, he is very meticulous, he really did a fantastic job. Performed a detailed post-inspection walk through immediately following his inspection that evening, and had my full report by bedtime that night. Local, one-man operation, not some franchisee. Lots of pictures included in report. Very reasonable fee.

Based on a word-of-mouth recommendation, I enlisted Dan to help with an inspection of a new home that I was buying out of state. He performed a very detailed inspection and identified several items that my builder needed to address.
