Needs better or a new maintenance team. supervisor of maintenance is nice and friendly. just hate the smell of incenses' in the early morning. and that many residents and their guest park on the side of the building to long and some of the residents and there guest also park on the grass near door 5 and the other doors on that side....a few have even blocked the no parking fire space!

Terrible maintenace personal. the supervisor works mostly ok. but another maintenance personal. gives you nasty looks if you are different or part of the LBGT Protected group.very dark and no hair, is his description.since i want no backlash! i wont mention his name.he was told about door 5 being unlocked and easily opened without the key several times yet the door is still broken and easily opened. its been this way 3 months! im going to move out next year!

Wonderful looking building...niciest in the area.. needs better pest control standards. garbage closets have leaks.. and garbage is only emptied usually once a day... gnats enter many apts, due to this.apts look great. pest company seems to relaxed and bugs are throughout hallway walls or crevices. pest control company would not truly spray the gnats in my apt. just knocked a few off the wall. sprayed 1 or 2 gnats but not the entire apt. manager is trying though... shes has to clean up mess of previous managments
