I live at The Meadows.. and have for 7 years.. the apartment is a one bedroom and they are clean and well kept. The size of the one bedroom is adequate for me.. The bedroom closet is very spacious and I have a pantry in the hall. The kitchen is a nice size as well. From the manager to the maintainence are wonderful people.. I never want to leave and the price is very reasinable.

As badly as I wanted to rant about how I had so many appliance issues within the first 2 weeks of me moving in, which a few of them should have been caught before I moved in, but I digress. The maintenance and front desk personnel have been extremely helpful and have helped me with every concern and problem I have encountered so I am very thankful for that. All apartments/homes are going to have their problems, but what really makes the difference is the staff on whether you have a good or bad experience.

I came in to view an apartment and inquire about pricing recently. I must say I was very impressed by the Property Manager Elizabeth. She was so knowledgeable, not just about the complex but the area in general. I'm not looking to move until the summer but The meadows is at the top of my list of places to live. Don't live here. We could only deal with a year here because maintenance is a joke, took 5 times to not fix a leak and thought it was hysterical that they would never complete the other requests that we made. Widows didn't seal and we were inundated with stink bugs. Units were pieced together and are now settling badly, you know when people are walking in every apartment. The manager admitted they jacked up the prices. Don't rent here.

The management is very friendly and takes issues with residents seriously. Their staff also quickly response to maintenance request, which can be submitted online. The grounds are kept clean and they provide several areas for pets to run around the complex. I just signed another lease and was happy with the minimal increase in rent.

The rating is only due to the unhelpful and hostile staff. They will never pick up the phone or help you if they don't have to. "Lunch breaks" are always several hours for them. Also don't even try to get your mail because they likely won't even give it to you. Incredibly difficult to work with on anything. Also the plumbing is terrible...
